Can't return product. Misleading advertising they are in Canada. The address they give us in China. Couldn't get a 100% refund. They gave me a store credit. Quality not good

I don’t believe this is coming from Montreal, I waited over 3 weeks to receive the item on sale that was almost $70, it’s likely from Asia. When it arrived, the colour, fabric, size, and all of the above were so disappointing.

I’ve since emailed the day of the arrival, the follow day and called to leave a message on the 3rd day to get information on how to return for my refund. I’m worried that the shipping is going to be expensive and I truly feel taken by this experience. I literally wouldn’t give it 1 star.

The item I received looked NOTHING like the image. The product quality was pathetic and cheap. I have emailed the company twice to request a refund and have yet to receive a response, yet continue to receive promotion emails. Do NOT purchase from this website!

SCAM - items come from China NOT Montreal - cheap a$$ crap - dont aste your money

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes are so cheap the jumpsuit that I ordered fit in an envelope. It was so thin you could see through it. If I could give this a minus 1 I would. Save your money, and dont do it. The items look nothing like the ones you will receive.

I rate this company negative 100,do not buy from, they are a total scam and clothes are so cheap they fall apart, and to get a refund forget it scam scam buyer beware please!

This item I ordered is not at all like it's described to be or anything like the photo! It says it's embroidered when in fact it's a decal/heat transferred design in the fabric, which looks like cotton/linen in the photo but in fact is 95% polyester and 5% Elastane and feels like a 100% plastic bag. The description of: "Hand-crafted chest embroidery: a unique, artisanal detail that adds character and a refined, boho-luxe touch" is completely misleading and false. I asked them to refund my order, but they offered me a replacement, or that they would refund it once they received the item back, which they didn't offer return shipping, and it came from China, not from Montreal. Plus, they say 1-2 days delivery, but it took over 2 weeks to arrive after I ordered it. This company is a scam.
