I purchased my plan through a local Funeral Director therefore I had no direct contact with Choice. The working relationship between the F.D. and Choice was good and I experienced no problems.

I took out a funeral plan with my local Thomas Bragg funeral director and after three weeks I still hadn't received my plan so after a couple of phone calls I finally got my plan which was a photo copy of the plan it wasn't even stapled together or put in a folder. I don't think they even sent i out my plan in the first place.
