Car went in on Friday last week for a service, all ok but needs new brake pads.
Nearly fainted at the quote of over £1000 for front n rear pads.
Rang today for a breakdown, the girl in service was so rude and sarcastic.
Evidently made a mistake and priced pads and discs, how convenient???
Some poor naive driver may well have stumped up the lot.
Check any quotes for work, I won't be back n I'll book the next service with a different Nissan dealer.
Sim at MG Blackpool understood fully our requirements for our new car. He was extremely patient with us in finding this car he is a credit to the company.

I bought a new car last Friday after test driving a demonstrator. Unfortunately the car I bought turned out to have EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE PASSENGER SEATS. Totally different to the demonstrator. So bad my wife cannot sit on it! I contacted the dealership but they wouldn’t help. All they would do was offer a part-exchange at a loss to me of £10,000.
UPDATE
They replied to my review this morning. Although nothing has changed I have managed to find an after market solution to my problem. I have found a cushion set which seems to work.
I cannot emphasise enough, though, that to avoid this problem a buyer should insist on checking the actual car one is buying because. from my experience, it is highly unlikely to match the demonstrator.

I’ve just worked with Chorley Group for the supply of 2 x nearly new Nissan Primastar vans.
The whole experience was simply very good indeed, start to finish. All the staff there were a pleasure to deal with and made the job straight forward; just what I need.
I will certainly be looking to do more business again with them and have no hesitation in recommending them whether you are a private individual or business, like me.

What a dream in comparison to another company I had originally used to purchase a vehicle from which I had to reject, Claire at the Wigan branch made the process stress free from start to finish and the after sales service was second to none after a small fault appeared, this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently to a timeline that fitted around myself. Many thanks for removing all the stresses imposed by a different company.
Again a very helpful sales person in Alex who went though everything with me.Would highly recommend Chorley MG.to anyone want to purchase a MG
John Willis was the member of staff who dealt with my ordering and buying of a brand new van. From the start there was no pressure or sales pushing. Just a very good service and explanation of the vehicle, the process, the procurement, the sale of, and everything that happens. I received regular updates of the situation and time scales with delivery etc once my van had been ordered. I also had courtesy follow ups once I'd received my vehicle.
The guy who delivered my van to my door (I have forgotten his name sorry) was also brilliant and explained everything to me regarding the actual vehicle and also the paperwork etc.
I received my van in perfect condition and good to go.
I think they are all very professional and knowledgeable at The Chorley Group Nissan in Chorley, and John was excellent.

We went a couple of weeks ago to look at a car we were served by Adam he could not have been more helpful after taking the car for a test drive we put on a deposit and picked it up on Friday again dealing with Adam and were over the moon with service he gave us

I made a enquire abour a kia sportage on sunday evening .9 15 on monday morning by grace made appointment at 11am to see car which was waiting .Grace was very helpfull and patient aswell . I bought a car one hour later and picked it up tday friday . Would never go anywere else and i live in swinton . Thanks alot again Grace .

We paid in full for our Nissan Leaf and were given confirmation for collection, only to arrive and be told the car was not actually ready. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time.
When we eventually received the car, it was only charged to 29% (we waited 30 mins then charged to 51%) despite us paying an additional £20 charging fee. A refund was processed, but 5 mins later the transaction showed as “reversed” in our bank account.
The condition of the vehicle on handover was also below expectations. Compared to the standard of preparation we experienced with our previous MG5 (purchased in chorley branch), the car was noticeably not cleaned or presented to an acceptable standard.
To make matters worse, one of the supplied keys was not functioning, even after replacing the battery ourselves.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing handover experience with poor communication and lack of attention to detail.

I purchased a MINI from Chorley MG and dealt with Alex remotely via email and telephone. He was friendly, professional and courteous at all times. He managed to arrange the purchase at 3pm and by 5pm the car was prepped and on the back of a loader to be transported to me. It arrived just before midnight on the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the quality of the car.
