Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to be privy to.
I ordered a Christmas present for my son well before Christmas, it never arrived and I received zero communication from this company. After chasing my order on no less than three occasions I finally get an e mail telling me my order will be with me in another 10 days. I clearly should have just accepted this with no complaint because the minute I complained Chosen Few cancelled my order! No refund just a cancellation. I all my years, I’ve never known a company cancel an order rather than deal with a complaint. I’m in shock.
This company really needs sone lessons in customer service. I’d steer well clear from any company that treats customers so badly when things go wrong.

I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Order was delivered to wrong address and help has been very limited / nothing. I provided evidence the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and that wasn't enough to initiate a refund as for some reason they're priority is to claim back £83 from Royal Mail than to care for their customers who've clearly shown evidence. Either these guys are struggling commercially or could not care less about their customer base.

I could write a LONG paragraph about this brand and my experiences but I recommend you try yourself

Great service

I placed an order from this company and the tracking showed as delivered but I had not received it, I reached out to the company and they did absolutely no research whatsoever before replying to me that it was delivered and there’s nothing else to be done about it, after investigating myself I realised that they had delivered it to a completely different block of flats down the road, I went to the lobby and could not locate my parcel anywhere, I emailed chosen few again explaining this and provided the exact GPS coordinates that is stated on royal mails tracking which clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address, they’ve completely ignored my email and have not refunded me, I will now be issuing a chargeback from my bank and will never order from here again. Order was placed from my boyfriends email and this is my order number 8496044

Never had any issues with any orders, great quality clothing, the fit is unreal and the new tracksuits are 10/10! They have me coming back for more every time.

The story lines behind some of the collections make you feel more connected to the brand, it helps you understand the why, not just a brand, its a community. Would recommend to anyone.
