Probably the worst company iv ever dealt with.
Customer service is embarrassing. Order was never even shipped and they fail to resolve.
Luckily thanks to Paypal people can get money back.
Looks like a lot of these positive reviews are purchased and fake.

Firstly apologises for the experience you've had there is no excuse as customer that would make this any better but unfortunately for us this has been completely out of our hands and an issue with our supply chain that has caused us untold problems unfortunately relating to a few items that were due in, as an independantly owned business that strives to deliver quality product on time its a failure on our part and something we have addressed that this wont happen again in the future.

Chosenfew poor customer service
Orderd a hoodie on sale it was the wrong size . Sent it back that evening. 13 days later still not been given credit note so unable to buy anything on sale . Refused a refund. Terrible customer service , avoid.

Hi, I'd like to apologise that you with the service you've been provided however I'd like to note that all sale items as per our returns policy clearly states anything purchased in the sale can only be returned for exchange or a credit note, In regards to the credit note this should of been issued within the time frames detailed within that same returns policy and this is dependant on how long it takes for us to receive the package + the time to process.
Exchange
I returned an order to exchange sizes, done the return request online which was approved on 28/03/2024, I followed the instructions and posted the item 03/04/2024 Royal Mail next day delivery. I checked track and trace and confirmed the item was delivered and signed for on 04/04/2024. I have since received no confirmation from the company, and it appears the only way you can contact them is via their online enquiry form which I have done 3 times now, and still nothing. I’ve paid £60 for an item that I don’t have.

Hi Ainslie sorry about the experience you've received this is not normally how we operate and I can only apologise whilst I look into this closely to insure it doesnt happen again and what's gone wrong in our internal team.
Bad delivery experience
Have always liked the brand, clothing wise they have a great concept but the service behind the scenes isn’t the best.
2, nearly 3 weeks since I’ve had my order - it’s only getting delivered today.
That’s after them not attaching my postcode on the first delivery. Messaged asking to send goods whilst they waited on return… nothing. They waited for the re delivery to show.
Once it arrived with them, they sent it back out - asked for next day. It’s been 3 and I’m back to work today, likely going to miss the delivery.
Both deliveries scheduled for a weekend, for nothing to show and time wasted on me sitting in waiting for the package.
Ordered on 28th of March, package is due to arrive 15th of April…

Hi Connor,
Thanks for the feedback I've quickly checked in on this order for you and can see that when you made the purchase you incorrectly entered your address and instead of putting your house number and road name started the top line of the address with your postcode and road name (no house number) therefore once it was sent out (which is an automated service that prints the exact address you put enter at checkout) the Royal Mail failed to deliver and we had to wait for it to be returned to us to resend (this in itself takes time and we cannot resend a product out again without it being returned first unless of course its down to us being at fault)
I can see you have previously placed orders under a different e-mail and reordered under a new one/new house address utilising a new customer discount code at the time but I can assure you that in this instance we would of not changed your address this delay has come down to the above mentioned issue which is completely out of our control.
All the best and I am confident providing the address is correct at checkout your order will be received as schedule 99% of the time!

Tracking not updated since order was shipped, royal mail still says they're expecting parcel. No response from support

Update: they replied, said it would be re-shipped on Tuesday just gone...still nothing and haven't provided updated tracking or confirmation its been re-shipped.

I can see this item has now been delivered, all I can do is apologise in some instances we have to hold our hands up and say sorry due to a huge influx of orders you were unfortunate enough to experience a delay/lost package but I can assure you this is an extremely rare instance and future orders will not experience this.

Great company and great quality gym wear! The fit is spot on! The designs are elite! All round great place to get you gym fit sorted! Price to quality ratio is spot on too! Currently got 4 T-shirts for ChosenFew and will be getting more on the new drops!
