Excellent customer service and damn good products

There is no customer service. Ask me does not appear to be active because everytime I try and use it, it says it’s offline. Shipping dates are unrealistic, promise UPS and instead get USPS. I would like to discuss the problem with my order, but that does not appear to be an option.

This has to be one of if not the greatest thing ever. Will definitely use again.

I am only editing because I finally got the herb and it was pretty cool. Nothing crazy. Just some good tasting mellow herb for sleep. If the shipping would have been easier. I would have given a 5star.

It’s been well over a week now since I ordered some flower. The first 3 days passed with no sort of update on the shipment. 3 more days have passed since getting a hold of someone and still, hardly any updates from the company or USPS. I thought I would try them out seeing that there was a fulfillment center in my area, not knowing that the dang shipment was coming from freaking Chicago. I am tired of waiting and I really want my money back. At this point, I don’t think I am getting my shipment. And if I do get it at some point I don’t even want to send it back and wait another 2 weeks to see if they get the shipment back to get a dang refund. I am never ordering from here again. This is some ……..

I am new to the Chow experience, so I must admit I was a bit intimidated by the whole auto dispenser. I spent too much time trying to figure out how to use the dispensing device, and since it was located in the middle of a mall food court, I was afraid I might be attracting some " unwanted " attention. Tbh, I was worried about an atm type robbery. I went instead to the free delivery option which I was way more comfortable with. The website is easy to use and I am now awaiting the "fruits of my labor". You'll be hearing from me again soon!

The company responded to me (multiple) queries and, of course, this review--with
the information I was seeking. They mentioned notifying their legal team. Tech Support should have handled this IMHO.

In their response, they addressed every concern. They also explained why I was having difficulty accessing my profile — and why "forgot password" wasn't working!

I am grateful for their response. Wishing all continued success.
