The shirts are beautiful and customer service is 5-star, sizing a bit off
The shirts are beautiful and I find the fact that you can get the same pattern - always an amazingly beautiful design - in any of three fabrics. Customer support is spot on fantastic as they are quick and do everything to make you happy. This would be 5-stars except the shirts can be off-sized, which happened to me. One of the two shirts my wife loved and she took, the second Chris Raw replaced with a different model that I chose after verifying (via photos) that it was in-fact not the correct size. All legit and professional. Definitely recommend, if it's not right, they fix it.

Ordered a shirt for Fathers day and while it was the correct dimensions, it fit snuggly. Customer service was easy to work with for an exchange. Will definitely order again.

Chrisraw creates excellent shirts. I love their designs, all wonderfully creative. The quality of their product is fantastic.
I mistakenly ordered an XS shirt instead of a large shirt. Chrisraw was immediately responsive, sending me the correct size and then even allowed me to keep the XS. A friend of ours will truly enjoy the gift.

Customer service was very prompt and courteous.
My husband’s shirts arrived. They are great quality but unfortunately the wrong size. Working with customer service the issue has been resolved and the right size shirts are on their way. Customer service was prompt in their response and very thorough. Thank you!

One word- SPECTACULAR
One word- SPECTACULAR! I confess- I'm an Aloha shirt junkie. I serve as a pediatrician and started wearing them early in my career to combat the real "white coat" effect on my young patients. I own over ~100! I just discovered this maker and their Japanese- inspired designs bring a whole new meaning to traditional "Aloha" shirt design. Each of the 4 I own have earned my respect- to the point where I'm ordering more. Add EXCELLENT customer service and, if you're not thrilled- PM me and I will personally return your money in exchange for your shirt!

I would like to mirror the review by Suzanne H. I have had the same negative experience. I ordered 4 "cotton" shirts only to find that they are not cotton, but a cotton/synthetic mix which is an unacceptable bait and switch. They refused to provide a refund or even provide information on how the shirts could be returned. I finally had to take it up as a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Don't do business with this deceitful company!

The material composition for these shirts has always been clearly stated in the Description section of the product page as Cotton Poplin (98% Cotton, 2% Spandex). This information is publicly available to every customer before placing an order, and we have never hidden or changed it.
Although we do not believe there was any error or misrepresentation on our part, we still made every effort to resolve your concerns by offering either a 50% refund or four free replacement shirts in any material of your choice. These solutions were offered as a gesture of goodwill, even though the products matched the specifications published on our website.
Unfortunately, you chose not to accept either option.
We remain committed to being transparent about our products and providing fair after-sales support to all of our customers. We wish you all the best.

I ordered a cotton shirt
I ordered a cotton shirt. It was as described. Very good quality and vibrant colors. the only problem that i had was that the size I ordered was too small for me. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that they would be replacing that shirt with one that is a little larger. Customer Service response was quick and the issue was resolved.

Time to delivery from order date a little slow, but the shirt is flat out gorgeous and fits perfectly
The time between order date and when it was delivered, it’s a bit longer than when I’m used to as I usually use Amazon a lot for online purchases, but the shirt is flat out gorgeous, and fits me perfectly. The shirt did not have any of the usual labels about what it was made of or washing instructions and I sent an email to the company early evening on June 29 and I got a reply before midnight! I was very happy with this turnaround on customer inquiries.

These shirts are the real deal!
I very rarely write reviews but I was compelled to because of the excellent customer service and the quality of the shirts. I recently ordered several shirts from three different vendors, including Chrisraw. The Chrisraw shirts I received look exactly like the images on the website. The shirts I received from another vendor (A***chic) have the images from their website but none of the vibrancy or 3D effect those images show - blatant false advertising. The Chrisraw shirts were spot on, I've already placed a second order and recommended them to friends. I tried to add two more shirts to my initial order but there was some confusion and it didn't happen. Gina in customer service straightened everything out quickly and took care of me for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful shirt, good customer service
Ordered a shirt from Chrisraw and it arrived in a color I thought I did not order. That said, their designs are beautiful and the quality is good. Turns out I did order the wrong color by mistake.
