It's all about Christmas Avis 

Do not order from this site. I ordered a Christmas tree and it arrived with defects. I've been trying to return it for 3 weeks and I can't, so the costoum customer service is zero. They don't answer your messages and they don't even care about the quality they delivered to me. I hope I can return my money

It's a company in the Netherlands. Says its in the UK, with its UK website, .Co.uk. but its not. The phone numbers are not UK they are Netherlands. After ordering they emailed a week later to say they couldn't deliver to my location in the UK. I haven't received a refund yet, but its on my credit card, so I will get them to refund if not. Then they won't be able to use master cards as payment again.

After reading these reviews and seeing this company has a very poor rating, I was extremely worried about my order. I spent over £100 on glass baubles and at £30 a box, I wouldn't say that's cheap. I ordered on the 27th November and they arrived today 5th December which is extremely quick considering they're coming from the Netherlands. I was very nervous about opening the box as other reviews state they are nothing like their pictures online and appear cheap. However, they were exactly as advertised. Very carefully packaged too. I haven't opened the boxes as yet, but they look beautiful and no signs of damage! Very happy with my order.

All my items arrived with DPD quickly and I am very pleased with what I have ordered. I was very reluctant to order when I saw the reviews on here, but for me it was positive so I wanted to share. Would order again

Ordered 4 illuminated white ceramic Christmas trees which arrived but only 3 actually lit, contacted customer services to find out how they would rectify the issue and have heard NOTHING in response despite sending 3 emails over several weeks.

I have threatened legal action now under my consumer rights for receiving faulty goods.

Seems this company is only interested in sales and not after service. I shan’t be buying anything from them again!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would!! Ordered loads of new Christmas decorations which weren't cheap but the perfect colour. I couldn't tell you what they're like as I've never received them. Sat with an empty tree for a week! I was promised every day that they would be delivered and received nothing. Customer service and communication has been horrendous. So...I've had to buy another set of decorations and still haven't recieved a refund from this company! Avoid!

I must say the stockings i got were great as described and fast delivery. Well made and super value. 10/10

Utter rubbish. Zero customer service, have emailed 3 times and tried to call but can’t get through. I would avoid ordering anything from these clowns

After waiting a week, they finally contacted me. Furthermore, they are very slow in communication, are mainly focused on sales but not so much in aftersales and customer service. If you make an order, and it is a large order beware, because they send it in a box that is too big. Should you want to send it back, it has to be in the original box. But the original box is too big to be accepted at the drop off at all. Now I have to contact them again, I do that every day, but again no responses. The order has to be returned and they have to make sure that a special freight booking is made. Otherwise there is no possibility to return the order. It is an awful lot of work, incredibly frustrating.

I ordered a bunch of christmas decorations from this company this year and was very excited about the items I had ordered. However, when they arrived I was highly disappointed as they were nothing like the photos on the website. I ordered a set of 6 baubles which were described as 'gold' and the image showed a really pretty pale champagne gold coloured bauble. What arrived was what can only be described as bright orange in colour and some were even disformed with lumps of glass on them.

A complete waste of money as these look horrendous and so I cannot use them. They are nothing like the image shown on the website and when I complained about this I was told that they could not help me further as gold could mean a range of colours. I was told that items are hand decorated and therefore there may be slight deviations from the photo (understandable if referring to the pattern on the bauble but not the obvious difference in colouration!) and that if I was unhappy I was welcome to pay to return the items for a refund.

Very unhappy with the customer service I received - my emails were often ignored and when I did receive responses were very unhelpful and argumentative. Will not be buying from this website again.

A complete disaster for several reasons:
- very low product quality many of which arrived damaged;
- slow order processing times eventhough they are charging you for fast delivery via dpd;
- company works on the basis of quantity not quality, hence, no quality assurance;
To return items company is asking to pay for parcel delivery too.
