Great value furniture that was delivered really quickly. I had a query about extra stickers to cover screw holes as we ran out, they couldn’t provide spares but overall excellent service.

Easy ordering process. Quality item at a good price and delivered quickly.

Really impressed with the quality of our parasol, and at such a great price. It was also shipped quickly and was very easy to assemble. We’ve had quite a few compliments from guests and have recommended it to our friends.

Excellent good quality and very fast delivery

I ordered 2 sets of nest of tables and tv unit on 10th April.
I received 2 sets of nest of tables and part 2/2 of tv unit delivered on 15th April by Evri.
Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to Christow, the part 1/2 of tv unit has still not arrived.
When I spoke to one of the team on 16th April, I was told tv unit part 1/2 was to be delivered by XDP and had gone missing in transit.
Another unit was supposed to be dispatched on same day, 16th April by express delivery, 2/3 working days and I still have not received this item.
Very frustrated customer.

Lovely sideboard. Looks and feels a lot more expensive that it was. Very happy with the product and speed of delivery.

Excellent product, a new green house cover makes it look like new and super fast delivery!!

Delivered on time, extremely well packaged, they look nice and even the back is finished off nicely too. A bit disappointed with the drawers, even though they are on metal runners, they are a bit clunky and don't open fully, so you need to reach back. Apart from that, I'm happy with them. Instructions were spot on!

The plastic greenhouse was good quality for the price. My only quibble is that it doesn’t have any ventilation apart from leaving the door open.

Proper helpful bit of kit..Every year I plant Veg and the wonderful English weather is a nightmare, Garden is to small for a Green House..Next best thing.! Can keep them dry and open them up to the Sunshine in situ thanks to this.. Now I'm not saying its made of top quality materials , will probably have to replace the canopy every 2/3 years but that's no problem for the Good Food I will be growing,, I Think You should get one...

Great product for the money. Delivered as said. On time.

I ordered a walk-in greenhouse in October last year, ready for the spring. Opened it up last week to put it together. When the time came to slip the cover on, it seems that one of the ties was sewed into the zip so the “door” part couldn’t be opened. A fault which obviously took place during manufacturing.

I emailed Christow explaining the problem and got a response saying that they would replace the cover “on this occasion only” (in bold) even though it was “out of 6 month warranty” - by 2 days!.

Very grateful for this but at the end of the day, the zip was broken rendering the item unfit for purpose so I would have been extremely disappointed if I hadn’t been sent a new cover and would have disputed this.

Moral of the story: if you’re buying something, check it over straight away. Don’t put it away unopened in the garage ready for the spring….

Following the receipt of a 3 tier cold frame which was slightly damaged (probably during transportation) I contacted customer services and was really pleased with the prompt and polite responses I got. They offered to either replace or refund the entire cost of the item. As it was, I had already done a lot of repair and protection work on the item so was happy to accept a portion of the cost as a good will gesture from Christow
