Our School bought 1000 chromebooks from this company saves us so much money in school budget. Great customer support thank you so much they worked perfect and shipped within a day!! and great google license price too!
I purchased two laptops. Neither worked. I requested a return label but they will not pay to take back their unusable products, you have to. NO RETURN LABEL FOR OUR BROKEN PRODUCTS.
I got the Chromebook I ordered with 2 day FedEx shipping. The disclaimer said it may have some "cosmetic" damage, but I see no marks of wear. I am completely satisfied with my experience.
This place is a joke. Only Ai customer service. You can not talk to a real person calling or emailing. If anyone has a way to actually get a hold of someone please let me know. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since February.
I ordered a chromebook that was shipped via UPS. We received a notification it was delivered. Not to our house. I filed a claim with UPS who will only deal with the shipper. I have sent them the notice from UPS about th e claim. I have sent 12 emails since 2/13. They answered once and said for me to contact UPS. I have. UPS won't talk to me. When calling it is always automated. You cannot speak to a real person.
I purchased a Chromebook for my kiddo. It was received in a timely ish fashion. However once charged I noticed the Chromebook didn't hold a charge, from fully charged, for more then 3 hours.
I contacted the company to see if that was normal. Was told it was not and another would be sent to us and the one we had could be returned. Started this process on 2/22. I was told tracking would be updated by 3/5. As of 3/10 there is still no tracking updated.
I tried to call the company 4 times today. Each call was answered by AI. Each call when I continued to ask for a manager was dropped, after being 'transfered' was dropped. 4 times!! I am beyond frustrated with this company, will never purchase from them again although I had planned on getting 1 more Chromebook, and will never recommend this company to anyone every again.
Sent me a broken laptop and can't get ahold of tech support.
This is my 3rd time doing business with this company. First time I received a good running laptop. Second time I never received my purchase but, eventually got ahold of the company and the sent a second one. This last time 12/20/25, I received a defective laptop that continues to freeze and shut down. I've reached out to the company several times and also, created tickets for tech support with having not heard anything back. It is 12/27/25. I will NEVER do business with this incompetent company! There are other refurbished businesses that you can get a decent laptop for reasonable prices; I wish I would have went elsewhere!
This company sent me 2 defective machines and is refusing to send me a shipping label. Items both don’t work.
Horrible. Sent me a horrible condition Chromebook with barely 2 hours of battery per day with horrible battery health. So I returned it to get a new one hoping it’s better. Well no, it turned out to be worse. What a scam. Never buy from them.
First, the company sent a defective laptop. This was followed by two "replacements" that were the wrong model both times, not touchscreen as promised. Waste of my time. Unless you like running to the post office over and over and wasting ink to print return lables, I'd avoid this company.
Chromebook doesn't work and I can get no support! Their support link doesn't even work!
Recently ordered a touchscreen chromebook from them. Did not receive a touchscreen. Reached out to them, they asked for video proof, sent it and all communication stopped on their end. The one they sent works fine it just is not what i ordered and paid for
Buyer beware! Read the fine print. Unless you want to keep trying unis until one works don't bother. According to website return shipping is on purchaser. My time is not worth the difference and I bet they profit repeatedly on this scenario. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned! You should never have to pay to return junk received from a seller.
This company is a scam. I ordered a Chromebook and they said it would be shipped and delivered in 2 day FedEx. It is now 4 days later with zero communication from the company and the only way to contact them goes to a call blocked cellphone with no voicemail. I had to chargeback and file a complaint with the AG of California

When it comes to having a Chromebook computer, it seems that Chromebook is trying to be like a PC. After 2 years the computer stopped working. They can get viruses very easily and after a few years they also can't get any apps to work. Personally, just buy a real PC.
