I had a complicated delivery issue where my package was marked as delivered but couldn't be found.

Chroonoo’s team, especially Marius, was incredibly supportive and immediately sent a replacement free of charge.

​When the original package was finally located due to a misunderstanding with my building's layout, I offered to pay for the replacement, but they insisted on covering it and were just happy everything was resolved. Their honesty and 'customer-first' attitude are rare to find.

I highly recommend Chroonoo for their high-quality products and, more importantly, their outstanding integrity!

A beautiful butterfly clasp, easy to use, fits securely, and the watch strap is secured with a screw. Beautiful chrome. Chroonoo ships quickly and provides tracking information immediately.

Really great customer service! I ordered an alligator strap for my watch but unfortunately made a mistake with the color. They quickly helped me fix it, and we got everything sorted out. Communication and support were excellent throughout the process, and I’m very happy with my new watch strap — it’s truly high quality. Definitely not the last time I’ll buy from them.

Ich habe nun 2 mal dort bestellt und beide male waren Armbänder die ich bestellt habe plötzlich doch nicht mehr lieferbar obwohl anders angeboten. Der Versand dauert ewig, teilweise eine Woche und mehr bis die Sachen überhaupt in den Versand gehen.

I received a faulty item which was promptly replaced. On both the wait and the faulty item I was offered a full refund which was not required.

Was looking for a black alligator strap for my Speedmaster, and couldn’t decide between a few models. I reached out to the folks at Chroonoo and they helped me pick the perfect one: the RIOS Connoisseur. I just received it and the quality is top notch. It’s probably the nicest genuine alligator strap I’ve owned out of the 3 or 4 I’ve had in the past: quality grain, the right amount of padding, waxed stitching, and the sides are well finished. Will definitely be buying from Chroonoo again!

Editing my previous review, when the wrong colour strap was delivered.
I contacted them, & true to their words, a replacement was sent to me - the correct colour received today 1/5/25 (about 8days later) - so all good.
Rios1931 quality seems on par with my usual Hirsch, in fact similar leather, padding & stitching when viewed side by side. 5* for its price!

Chroonoo bietet hochqualitative Uhrenbänder zu sehr fairen Preisen. Die Konkurrenz, welche auf Socialmedia Werbung machen (Wristbuddy etc.) sind viel teurer, bieten aber nicht unbedingt die bessere Qualität. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen ist der top Kundenservice.
Einzige Kritik: Ich würde es schön finden, wenn sie noch Bänder führen würden, welche explizit für spezielle Uhrenmarken/modelle hergestellt werden. Z.B. für meine Panerai musste ich die Löcher selber stanzen, dass ich die Original Panerai Schliesse verwenden konnte,
Trotzdem: Ich kaufe meine Bänder nur noch hier.

A+ for customer service! Just wanted to give a shout out to Tilo and the crew at Chroonoo. As a US customer I didn't know much about Chroonoo and hadn't ordered from them previously. So I was a little nervous. But I found a Rios 1931 deployant clasp on their site that I liked and decided to pull the trigger. Unfortunately, the clasp that was sent to me was the wrong one and not the one I ordered (mistakes happen..). I thought I might be in trouble because I hadn't dealt with them before. I emailed their customer service to explain what happened with pictures of the buckle I ordered next to the buckle I received. Fortunately, I heard back right away from Tilo (co-owner) apologizing for the mistake and within a little over a week I had received the correct buckle that I had originally ordered. Top notch customer service in my book and I will be ordering again from them in the future.
