The order arrived although delayed it seems due to seasonal pressures with the delivery service, which I appreciate is outside of the control of the shop.

Thank you for getting in touch and for leaving your review.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay. Your order was placed on 25th December and packed by our team as soon as the shop reopened on 27th December. It was then handed to An Post on 29th December, once postal services resumed after the Christmas closure, and was successfully delivered on 6th January.
During this period, there was a significant backlog across the postal network, which unfortunately contributed to longer delivery times than usual.

I was very happy with my online order…
I was very happy with my online order from this business/pharmacy. They had a product I found difficult to locate in Ireland & UK ! The order was delivered perfectly and timely to me but the ultimate customer service for me was the thank you card and a skincare sample included in my order package, I’ve spent lots of money on previous online ordering & not a thk u or free sample would be included. I’ll definitely be ordering again from this business…
