I have not received my order. Air fryer basket liners.

I've tried connecting with their customer service 3 times over 33 days with no response... nothing.

My order was made on June 13th.

I followed up on June 19th with a request to verify I had ordered the correct size air fryer basket liners. Nothing from their customer service.

I followed up again on July 11th. Nothing from their customer service.

NO response NO shipping update NO order delivered.

One star rating is too generous.

None compares in the lack of service. Probably the worst service I have ever had on an online order.

It is a mistake to have made a purchase through Chuakoo.

This company is a scam. They purport to sell quality merchandise from their own catalog. They immediately process payment (including shipping cost), then wait weeks before sending vastly inferior products off Amazon at vastly cheaper prices that include shipping. They provide no way to cancel an order, even if canceled within 30 minutes.

Can I give zero stars? Terrible , Do Not Buy from this site! Wish I researched first they just had what I was looking for, or so I thought but they sent product I didn’t order and said that was the replacement, if I want to ship back it’s back to China at my cost even though they sent me product from Amazon , I ordered knives at first they said they can’t send, asked for refund 20 times , then they sent me mismatched knives, I didn’t order which were meant to be displayed on my counter like it’s groceries they can just substitute, bottom line was 20 percent refund or gift card 50 percent , I finally said ok to 20 percent because I don’t want to deal with more products from them after reading other posts here. Fingers crossed I see a dime back of my over 200 dollar purchase.. NEVER buy from this website!

HORRIBLE customer service experience with this merchant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. My package was never delivered but somehow it's my responsibility to track it down instead of just giving a simple refund. And you can't actually talk to a person because their number listed on the website does not work.

What in the world is wrong with this company, I recommend nobody and I mean listen to when I say nobody buy anything from this website or this company they are nothing but falls advertisement..
I ordered these cups and their candles as a Christmas gift, and did not come out as was shown on the picture, was not mineral made they were actually plastic made, what do you call this that you can do, I call it ripping and working people out of there money. nothing but a regret full company..

Wrong products sent with Cheap plastic! (Wrong colour travel mugs) with different lids than photos shown on website! They refuse to provide a Return Label (as stated under 'Returns' on their website)! & then stopped replying to email requests for Return (& their listed # is not valid) NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!

I placed an order for a cup online and within 24 hours requested a cancellation. After looking a little more into the company. I sent additional emails over the next 72 hours requesting a cancellation. 5 days after placing my order they shipped my order. Completely ignoring the multiple requests to cancel it. Now that I got the cup and it is as expected crap and nothing like what they advertise they are selling. I have requested a return shipping label and a refund and I have sent at least 10 different emails. Nobody ever responds, just formatted auto responses days later letting me know my email has been submitted and someone should get back to me. The number on their site doesn't work. Other peoples reviews said they tried to ship it back to the address provided on packaging but its not an accurate address and are unable to decline acceptance of the package from USPS or even just return it after receiving. My experience is very negative. The customer service is not existent and they sell products that look like they were made by preschoolers that are not as advertised and not authentic, and clearly made of plastic and hand painted and again look like a preschooler or younger child made them. DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a full on scam. Products ordered will not arrive and they will string you along with their "customer service" for 30 days to try to get outside of your dispute window with your bank. Do not buy from this company.

They advertised mineral crystal mugs and sent painted plastic garbage. Do not buy from this company. I've tried to return the stuff they sent and just got the runaround. Don't do it!!!
