I had initially ordered the chicken instead of the fish by mistake Fri night. Sent an email that evening and followed up by a phone call on the Monday. Spoke to a very polite and helpful person. Order was delivered correctly.

No response to query
I emailed Chudleys with a query about the ingredients in their Pet Greyhound food as my dog has recently become itchy. I have had no response whatsoever. So….. well done Chudleys, you have lost a customer!

Very easy to order the dog food, good value
Very easy to order the dog food, having the opportunity to buy 2 bags at one time saves money including delivery charge.
Delivery is also very efficient.

Good product, poor customer service
Whilst the product is great, the customer service has been atrocious. It seems that there's been a warehouse update recently (which, if you purchase the greyhound food for example through the direct link on the greyhound trust website, you would not know about), and there was no messages or update regarding orders. I've now been waiting almost 2 weeks for the order to be processed and far too long to get any response from customer services to get any update about the product being sent.
