Box of Chudleys Pet Greyhound with large hole.
Box of Chudleys Pet Greyhound Meal (Chicken) delivered with large hole in box and also in bag inside the box with part of contents lost and more spilling out.
I have eMailed to complain twice, attaching photos, but all I have had in response is automated eMails saying:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, one of our support staff will contact you shortly.
All the best,

Excellent price and quality and it includes a donation of £1 to help the Greyhound Trusts! I’ve always given them the Chicken variety but now they are enjoying the Fish one every bit as much… Highly Recommended
