Church's Chicken Avis 10

If I could I’d leave 0 stars! I forgot why I hate coming here! Every time they say they don’t have chicken! The wait is always about 20min! Like all you cook is chicken and you don’t have any?? Then they tell me to park and they’ll bring my food! I park and about 5 other vehicles also just parked waiting!

The chicken was a bit dry and the sides were just okay. I expected better quality and fresher food.

I went at 9:15 Lewisville location. Was told they were closed lights on and the walk up window was open.. Horrible way to be treated.

well some one stole from my dad so my dad went to get some chicken but we never got it because they stole it the person who was getting it never gave it to us i hope you get him fired because he never gave us our food

Extremely disappointed with Church’s Texas Chicken, Branch #11200. The staff here—especially the lady cashier and Mr. Humza—showed pathetic, arrogant, and rude behavior toward customers. Their attitude clearly shows there is no check and balance on employee conduct. Because of such unprofessional staff, a well-known food chain is rapidly losing business and customer trust.
Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Am getting a little tired of getting old cold fried chicken from Church’’s. Been to a few different ones here and they all serve old cold chicken. Last time was told it was fresh and hot, well they lied. The potatoes and gravy has been sitting around awhile as well. The gravy had been absorbed by the potatoes. The only thing hot and fresh were the jalapeño poppers. It has been about a year since going to a Church’s chicken because of the same issue. So, i thought i would try again to see if any improvements, well no, if not worse. Writing Church’s off. Will not go back. I purposely waited to go until around dinner hours thinking I would get fresh. Not the case. Got left over lunch chicken. I can’t stand old cold chicken.

My order was a delivery that I wanted from Waco Dr. After you pay you get directed to south valley mills. This is the worse store. I threw it away.
I had ordered the 3 piece that came with a drink, I.paid extra for an upside and it wasn't with the order.

I stop by here on occasion before heading home from the VA hospital. Church's is a 45 minute drive from my house, btw. I ordered the 4 piece white, which consists of 2 breasts and 2 wings. My meal was missing the wing. The sad part is that it was a female manager that assembled my order. I contacted customer service through the app along with a copy of the receipt. They never contacted me. Its just sad that basic arithmetic is absent from alot of these restaurants now adays.

Ridiculous experience at the Greenville, MS location. I have tried several times to order breakfast at the drive thru but no one takes your order through the speaker box. I waited 5 minutes this morning before driving up to the window where I still could not get anyone's attention. I finally went inside and the woman working did not even come to the counter, just screamed from behind the holding station asking what I wanted. Told her I wanted a toaster combo. She then made the sandwich half way and asked if I wanted hashbrowns, really, they come with the combo don't they. When she finally was ready to ring me up I was told I would have to pay for the bottle of diet coke at the other register. I had spent more than enough time already, told her to just keep it all and left. I definitely will not go back!!
