Poor customer service & very unprofessional
My experience with this company was not great at all.
Firstly, I called 30 minutes before arriving as stated in the booking confirmation but no one picked up.
On arrival at the parking location to park my car, there was no one in the office. I called multiple times but there was no answer. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I parked my car and was going to order an Uber to take me to the airport when the pick up van arrived. I asked the driver why no one was picking up my calls and he responded that it was because he was driving. I told him that cannot be an excuse as he could still pick up calls while driving.
On my return, I waited more than 40 minutes before I was picked up. The pick up location was not given and when I called to get more information about location and time of pick up, the person I spoke with said he doesn't speak English. He also claimed they couldn't find me when they came to pick me up the first time. A professional company would have called me to ascertain my exact location but they never did. I appreciate that French is the main language spoken in Brussels but for goodness sake, if you are going to operate a business such as airport parking where you have customers from all over the world, it is important to be able to communicate in English which is now the globally recognized language for communication.
When I eventually arrived at the parking location, I complained to the man responsible for handing back my car keys and he was quite nonchalant about the issues I raised and was even a bit cocky.
I travel quite often and have used many of these parking companies before but never have I experienced such poor and unprofessional service.
