Poor communication. Do not call their number as it charges extra. Really unhelpful.

Fraudulent company- DO NOT USE- I applied for a visa to Egypt, paid a priority service. Visa submission by CIBT took a week and then after another week it got rejected, no reason or proof that the visa was submitted was given by CIBT. They are not responding to emails but were happy to respond when we were paying at the start. Applied through another company and got the visa immediately. There was no valid reason for the embassy to reject, therefore proving CIBT are scammers!

As per below order number 1826325. Still no response received.

Be really careful about this company. I was charged £570 with no service delivered.
Day 1: I was charged £570
Day 2: I was sent a £624.72 invoice for no explanation but I was told not to worry
Day 3: I asked them to further clarify their fee structure. They advised me that if I cancelled now, I'd be charged a 50% service charge, not clarifying if it's 50% of £570 or £624.72.
Day 4: I realised that this was not a legit company so I asked for a full refund.
After 3 weeks, still no one even got in touch to even refund me the 50%.
I'm still waiting for one thing to go right at this point.

Pathetic service. Took a UK visa service from company tie up but their service is very very poor. Consultant miss checking important documents and review of application. It’s better to go with a YouTube video than take their service.

After trying unsuccessfully to do the visa myself, I knew I needed help. I was told as long as I submitted before 25th August (it was the 18th) it would be o.k.
Then i was told that one of the photos I uploaded was no good (they told me this 24 hours AFTER I put it on). I redid it, and 12 hours later was told it was all too late and could not be done in time ! All that time wasted, and still have no visa.

Horrible!
I was going to apply for UK ETA visa for 5 people, they did not give a clear overview of the total costs (280€ for 5 people instead of around 20€/pp on the UK government site). I entered my credit card number, thinking there would be a overview of the costs before paying. No! They already charged my credit card and I didn’t even complete one application. The overview of costs came into my mailbox. I don’t trust this website! I hope they will refund my money and I can proceed with my visa application with a much cheaper and trusted website!

Anyone running a UK-based SME will know it's no longer that straightforward to deliver services within the EU.

And, despite it being five years now since the infamous divorce, there are still so many grey areas and unanswered questions.

This week my company had a request to deliver a service in a particular EU country and, despite lots of online research (including government websites), it was impossible to ascertain what visas/authorisations, if any, are required by the country in question (it's not a case of one size fits all).

Running out of places to look for information, I came across CIBT Visas, which offers a "post-Brexit assessment" for business trips.

I paid a fee, answered some questions, and eagerly awaited the result.

Instead of receiving expert advice and a "one-to-one" appointment, I was sent via email a publicly-available list of visa exemptions (the ones I'd already seen on government websites) and was asked to judge the project against them myself!

When I said it wasn't clear, and that's why I'd paid a fee for an expert "assessment," they responded saying that, to get an answer, I would have to pay for another service costing around £500.00!

The "Visa Consultant" also misspelled my name and referred to a different EU country to the one I was enquiring about.

I have asked for the fee to be refunded, but am yet to hear back from them.

What a rip off. I rang them to ask a few questions before committing. I spent 7 minutes on the phone to what was advertised as a UK number. But my phone bill has an extra £6.39 changes. No way was I warned of this.

SCAM service!!
They quoted a price and ended up charging my bank account for way more money and claimed to be 'extra fees'.
They then proceeded to put in the wrong information in the visa application and I told them 3 weeks consecutively that the information is wrong but they did nothing! I did NOT get any visa and they still refused to refund my money when they know they submitted the wrong information. I ended up applying by myself and i got the visa instantly. SHAME ON THEM! DO NOT USE THEM.

Paid £176 for 3 visas to USA, there were NO instructions, just a receipt. When we got worried we hadn’t received anything we rang up and were told it was too late. We complained and the guy on the phone said he would work on it, and it would be ready in time. If we hadn’t complained we wouldn’t have gone. Terrible service!!!

Absolute scam
If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs - headline price isn't what they charge, and as others have pointed out, they charge enormous fees for their premium rate phone line.
I'm surprised they're allowed to operate, given late accounts and unsettled claims against them.

They charge you a lot for a phone call! 6mins for 5ever! Be aware of it!

The company don't tell you that the telephone number is a premium rate call twice I got charged for ringing them when their service is already very expensive. I find that petty and unnecessary.

Terrible, rude company. They say they haven't received documents when they have. The website is unreliable. They do not clearly explain what is needed, they just keep cutting and pasting conflicting information from previous emails. They have an outdated system of working, insisting on seeing the airline tickets in the flesh - who has paper airline tickets anymore?! And their requirements contradict what the actual embassy asks for. You pay a lot of money to ensure the visa process goes smoothly, but this whole experience has been nothing but stressful for three months. What are you actually paying hundreds of pounds for? Next time I will deal direct with the embassy and save myself a headache and a few hundreds pounds.

Fast and uncomplicated support to receive Saudi work Visa

Beautiful experience with cibt, first time ever i had to go through the application for a saudi arabia work visa, once i realized the entire documents were so difficult for me to deal with i decided to get cibt to assist me with, it became everything so smooth and carina azizeh went the extra mile to assist me at her very best in every form i had to fill.
I’ll absolutely use cibt every time i have to go through any type of visa in my life.
I will recommend everyone their service and i’d like to thanking them for the time spent for me.

Awful experience.
Slow, inefficient, not correct advice

Firstly I am not an employee of CIBT and this is a genuine review . These guys handled my Chinese Visa and the whole process from Application to receipt of the visa took 10 days . Communication was excellent and even the consular visit for the document drop, photo and fingerprints took no more than 20 minutes where as those who had not used a agent told me they had been waiting for 3 hours or more . All in an excellent service
