Terrible impossible to get a refund . poor quality clothing . don’t bother waste of time & Money

Scam company! Not what it shows on the photo and no way to get money back. Do not buy.

Really long delivery time, product not as viewed on the site (terrible quality) impossible and expensive returns policy which renders the process useless. Oh and there is no way to leave a review on the site so the reviews that are there are definitely fake. Do not buy from here!

Do not buy. They are a scam and then send you an item that looks nothing like the original and then may you pay a 15% fee plus return costs to send it back. Outrageous - please do not waste your money on them.

Clothes look nothing like the photos abd if you want to return the goods, it is at your cost to return to a bogus address (No. 2 Freight elevator on the west side of the third floor, upstairs!!!!!) in China. You will also ne liable for the import fees and they'll deduct 15% handling fee. That's if the goods ever arrive at the return destination. Very dodgy.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst of all the goods are way over priced. Worst company I've dealt with.

ordered something that came 3 weeks late, return address is in China. terrible communiation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. cost more to return than what the item was.

Do not order from this company it’s a con . They have just stolen 70 pound of my money . I Order a dress in a small and medium so I could see witch one would fit me . The dress that turn up was nothing like the dress in the picture . I have now found out that it was stolen off another website. I then went onto shien and put the description of the dress that they had sent me in the search bar, to find it for £10.74. They had advertised this dress as £85 but I purchased it in the sale for £35. When I tried to return the dress as it was not what I ordered let’s just say they wasn’t giving out their address . They are fiefs. And I am going to trade in standard.

Ordered a dress which cost £40, the dress arrived and it looked NOTHING like the photo. It was cheap and awful material. I contacted customer care to arrange a return and I was told I need to cover the cost of the shipping and a 15% handling fee would be deducted. Or the other option is they return 10% to me and I keep the item. I find this shocking considering they have uploaded false images of their clothing. Do not bother ordering from here!

Bogus Company Avoid! We were sent the wrong garment. Naturally we wanted it replaced or fully refunded without penalty as it was not our fault. We complied with their draconian instructions for a return and were threatened that if we did not correctly follow the nefarious address supplied for somewhere in China (up-a-stairs-top-floor-round-the-corner details) for the return the package would be destroyed and we would not receive a refund. This is totally in breach of UK distant selling rules. Don't be fooled by their high end professional, glossy website they do not follow UK laws or observe consumer rights.
