Been waiting 2 weeks since i placed my order.

They finally called me to do age verification.

Still have not received an email about confirmation either.

Lets see if i get my cigars

Ordered for years but as I’m reading, the same comments keep popping up.
Pay more for quicker delivery but while my bank account shows they got my money, I haven’t received the cigars. In agreement with others, going elsewhere. Customer Service is a phase realized there anymore. Too bad, used to be a good business

Ripoff!
Bought cigars for a gift last Christmas.
They have been charging $14.95/month since then! Just caught it through Discover. Demanded a refund but they only agreed to four months only.
Get your cigars elsewhere or be reamed!

Warning....CI's "customer service" CANNOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

Paid $8 for shipping and waited a week. Nothing. Still "processing"the order. Then suddenly one day what I had ordered was "on back order". I looked up Customer service on their website and was happy to see that they had Saturday and Sunday hours. But when I called, I was told by the folks who are available to take your order (oh yes, they are ALWAYS available to get your money) that weekend customer service was defunct. I have ordered from them for years, but something bad has happened at CI and I am moving on!

Customer service is so bad. Never ordered from them again !

I have shopped with for years but the last two orders have been terrible. They have sent the wrong products the last two times in a row. The first incorrect order was rectified but only after numerous phone calls to their one customer service number. This past one, I cannot get through to customer service (eternal hold) and they have not returned any of my 3 emails. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future. Bill Franz

Poor cigars -
I have bought dozens of cigars from them and each time I seem to get 'factory seconds' - just absolute crap that burn poorly - it as if one is buying those cheap cuban knock offs in Mexico - then there is the shipping - I order second day shipping so my order is fresh - 5 days to the door - WTFR - I am finished with this company

Today we noticed two suspicious charges on my husband bank account, after being on hold for a hour the young woman answered then saying she couldn't hear anyone, saying "are you there"? over and over again meanwhile I am speaking very loud but she keeps reapting the same sentence. On our end we had no problems but my first instinct was she heard us just fine, I can hope that I am wrong.

I have bought the Poor Boy package and been doing so for months but I gotta be honest the ones I got this time have got to be the worse yet. They do not burn evenly. Only on one side. I usually just smoke them and do not say anything but this package was by far the worse ever. May have to find a replacement. However the black ops I ordered this time were great!

What a Unprofessional Company. If you don't read every word of the invoice you will get billed $14.95 per month. The worst! company on the planet. Totally unethical ... I will never purchase anything from them again!I got ripped off for MONTHS!!!!!!!!!

I've attempted to contact them while signed in through their email form almost a dozen times over the last month or so with no response. I've called their customer service line a few times, but the wait time was over half an hour.

After many years of decent service this company is totally rotten,charging for a club un asked for . snotty phone reps. Good bye forever beware of them.

I signed up for the cigar of the month club. Everything was great until I started to get billed for one, my order jumped to three.
After calling thier customer service, which does not matter what time you call they will make you wait on the line for up to 30 minutes. A recorded voice will tell you they have a high volume of calls and your call will be answered in the order it was received. When they finally do answer, they will get your number so in "case the line gets disconnected" they will call you back.
This is not true, I have called three times and waited a ridiculous amount of time to get this squared away..not only have I got disconnected in mid sentence, but they will NEVER call you back when this happens. I have reached out and talked to different agents when I first noticed the charges and before anything had been Mailed out. So now I'm stuck with three different orders of the cigar of month club that I will send back and I will cancel and no longer do business with this company.
I will go back and get my cigars at my local cigar shops near my home...

Cigars International has become a scam. When you order cigars online you are automatically enrolled in some scam company to receive magazines or other products that you don't want and didn't order. after I called CI and complained I was taken off the scam list only to order a few months later and again began receiving magazines I did not want! I have friends that had the same thing happen and we are all looking for another company to get our cigars from.

I've been ordering from CI for years and never had a problem, until now.

I placed an order on June 12th, and all of a sudden I got 2nd charge on my card for $14.95 for an item labeled "Puro Perks Membership - MEM-CILOYAL-1000". When you click on the item description, there is none. I looked up this Puro Perks separately, and it's some BS monthly discount membership service that apparently CI started racking onto everyone's orders last month, judging from other complaints here.

Gonna have to think real hard before I order from CI again. Too bad, they used to be dependable.

Awful, do not buy anything through this site. No replies to emails or calls.

Ordered weeks ago, nothing has shipped.

On June 7th I put in for my second order with the company, thinking that since I received my first order, I should get the second one as well. Well it is now July 10th and I still have yet to receive my package and my patience has run thin, I also have been battling their customer service system for about 3 weeks until I was finally able to speak to a customer service rep named Judah, Who was able to help me get my package. Other than this hiccup I am going to utilize Cigars International for my cigar needs.

I place a order on June ,23, and they said it would arrive on July 3 call the customer service on July 7 and they told me that the items were returned because the address didn't exist , I called and waited for 2 hours and no one ever answer, they have the worst customer service in the world, and trying to get your refund back is worse than anything, I will suggest not to order anything else from this company.
