Stay away from this guys. Over 20 years ordering from them all of the sudden i see a charge of $14.95 called Puro Perks so called my bank to dispute the charge and the bank told me they have been taking that $14.95 for 2 months in a row already. Did call them to cancel this puro perks i belive is called and also deleting my account with this loosers. Sticking there hand on peoples poket and take the money.

CI took a hit since covid. Service is better in the last several months. I have used CI for my cigars for years. The last three years have been a little rough. I have always been treated fairly by company.

been a customer for 20 years. all of a sudden i am getting orders cancelled for no reason. i get no communication for the help desk. no return correspondence. what the heck happened to you guys? you are absolutely horrible now.

Won’t stop sending me catalogs even though I have been asking them to stop via email, phone and letters for over a year. Can’t get orders right. Will charge you and not ship the product. Go elsewhere.

Got a coupon in the mail from one of those coupon mailers, ordered the sampler pack for like 40$. It was out of stock. I then ordered other cigars that shipped. A few weeks later they sent the original sampler. Months after I placed another order and waited weeks for it to ship before I finally reached out. They demanded I payed them like 30$ as the sampler pack was for new customers only and since it shipped after my other order they didn’t consider me a new customer. Pretty irritating. I can never use their website again because they claim I owe them money.

That would have you paining an extra $14.95 cents monthly after you completed your order. I do enjoy the chose of cigars and fast shipping. Just disappointed at the same time when seeing an extra charge. Customer Service seem rude and abrupt in answers. I was first only calling to find out what was the charge for and realized that I will go to Thompson Cigars from now on.

Stay away unless u like to waste your money n throw away more than half your order take it from someone who's spent thousands with them!!

Paid for express shipping as I would be in the USA for a week long window. Took 7 days at the extra cost of 2-3 day shipping and box was UTTERLY DESTROYED, OPENED and product DAMAGED! Messaged many times. Refuse to communicate.

Made two orders with a valid discount code. Have both order confirmations in email. Orders were cancelled by CI with no notification or communication. It was over a month before the orders were cancelled. Emailed and called customer service with no response. Waited and hour and a half on the phone before hanging up. Continued emails with no response. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not do any business with this company again.

Don’t buy from here cause they will charge you twice after years, They hold on my orders for over a month it says processing and when I call they say one of my orders wasn’t paid from tow years ago. I said then why I got no payment request and I’m sure I paid that. They basically hold on my money and order. For no freaking reason. I am out of this CI .. I have had enough of them

Consistently one of the worst customer experiences I have had across any online vendor. No communication. Multiple times my orders were either cancelled or held without any communication. Advertised items never seem to be in stock either. I am moving on to other companies.

Took money off my credit card, never received cigars. RIPOFF

I have now received two shipments of cigars from CI that were obviously mishandled at some point. One batch (Torano 50 Years) came with a crumbling wrapper. The most recent batch (Victor Sinclair Vintage Select) came with shriveled looking, wrinkled wrapper and an impossible draw. Contacting CI via their website yielded no response whatsoever. Switching to Famous Smokes for my future online purchases. If you want to roll the dice on dried out, mishandled cigars, suit yourself.

Avoid this company over 13 businesses days still have not received cigars. Shipping from Pennsylvania to South Carolina should not take that long. They blame the USPS but they shipped it via UPS.

I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on.
1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!!
2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am
3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen?
As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Love these guys, buy from Cigar International

I ordered 3 boxes of cigars and added UPS next day delivery. I got my order 1 week later. During my wait - I emailed customer ( no)- service 3 times, asking about the status of my order. No Response!! This company doesn't care about the customers. I will go back to HOLTS, Thompson, Famous smokes or many other online cigar retailers. What a joke!!!! Oh- by the way, have you noticed there are no bad reviews on their website? Buyer Beware****

benn a customer for years and spent thousands. But to get customer services you can`t get through. Was put on hold for 20 minutes three times in a row . Never informed of delays.

Their bandidos sweet and smooth cigarillos are the perfect daily smoke. Would give it 5 stars but it’s always on backorder. That’s how good it is.
