I have reported them via Google and remember the contempt and hate with which they kicked me out of their testing site whilst in the middle of testing one of their clients.
Just like that, as if they know about the general pharmaceutical council and Lancashire police yet.
Not to mention Pendle view medical centre.
Oh and the GP trainer.

The most pathetic company ever I've encountered. Got my results after the important event that I needed them for. Fortunately there are other companies that are doing tests far too cheaply with a better service and turnaround time. Look around and don't fall for their heavily invested advertising which they could have used to better their service!
Absolutely shockingly bad P&O cruises…
Absolutely shockingly bad P&O cruises should be ashamed to recommend them as there covid testing partners. App does not exist so you have to use the web site which then promptly crashes at the point you upload the photos. Person on phone point blank refuses to help directing you to their online chat bott that simply tells you it can’t help. Absolute shower of S*** and blatantly profiting from covid. A disgrace of a company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY for fit-to-fly tests. They will tell you that your covid test result will be issued before your flight, but after you've paid it becomes clear that it might not arrive in time. Their representative confirmed to me that some customers have been disappointed and have missed their flight because of delays.
Do not use this company
Booked day 2 arrival passenger location reference supplied did not work, had to pay another £69.99 from another company which did work, Trying to get refund emailed several times just keep getting fobbed off.
How much money has this company made over the last year surely they should be obliged to refund as a had to pay twice.
Used the walk in service at Gatwick
Used the walk in service at Gatwick @ 1020 in the morning . My wife's result received at 1500 next day . Mine at 1800 . Somehow my date of birth was incorrect . It was taken from my account NOT my passport. the reason for 5 stars , I sent an e-mail to customer services and within 20 minutes it had been rectified by Sarah Brown and a new certificate issued.

Booked PCR fit to fly tests for my three children on the 14th December 2021.
Attended Test site at 8.10 am on the 16th December 2021. No Results back the following day by 10pm as per their promise on their website. So phoned after 10pm, they said they would get back to me, they did not, so phoned a dozen times the following morning, even when we were at the airport.
They had done the wrong test i.e. a lateral flow rather than a PCR so we could not fly, but issued a fit to fly after our check in closed based on a lateral flow, which is very wrong, based on the rules at that time.
Phoned, and written to them, three times since, and not so much as a reply.
Do not use this company, as they could not run a bath.
Fantastic customer service at such a stressful time
Due to the regulations being changed at the last minute for us to get a Fit to Fly PCR test, we had to go twice to Edinburgh AirPort Express Test centre. Both times the staff were extremely helpful and really put us at our ease at such a stressful time.

Staff that met and carried out the test were polite and professional.
I received my results within an hour, however my partners took over 3 hours. For some reason they could not send it to her email address. Phoned customer services three times and eventually got someone to authorise sending result to my email address. Caused no end of stress.
Shout out to centre manager Ruth for trying to sort out the issue in the first place.
Absolutely outrageous
Absolutely outrageous. Booked a test that was supposed to give me results in 20 minutes. 5 hours later they told me they had given me the wrong test and I wouldn't get my results for 24 hours. I rebooked my flight for a day later. 24 hours on, I still had not received my results. No one could explain why and I had rebook my flight AGAIN. Needless to say used another service and will never use this company again.
Disappointing postal test service experience.
The arrivals tests I paid for didn’t arrive and after contacting customer service they advised it was a system error on their part but it was to late to send out replacement tests and I should go to a test centre instead. This service costs more and was more inconvenient but no offer of a discount.
The test centre is very efficient.
Web system doesn't work
I made a payment but an error occurred. I tried again but nothing changed. I haven't received any emails and no confirmation at all but payment has done after 2days. I tried to ask for refund but cancellations page doesn't work at all! Finally I filled out the Feedback form then got reply but I'm still not sure I could get money back...

Called the main switchboard and was put through to Express Test. They are a subsidiary company but didn't recognise the test reference.
Still waiting.
Price at £189 is twice the market rate.

Heathrow centre - Avoid at all cost! certificate provided was not acceptable for travel to Qatar. when the correct certificate with a QR code was requested their system was down. Missed flight. Disgrace

Disgraceful profiteering from Covid testing in Oxford. On evening of 20th October have taken bookings at 18 people every 10 minutes and cut swabbing staff by 25%. Booked appointments run over 1 hour late and no management present to support. Staff left to deal with scores of angry people booked for tests to enable them to take flights for half term holidays. Do not book with this company wherever they may pop up.
