Awful customer service. The so called lifetime guarantee is an absolute joke. They ask lots of questions and lots of photos. All provided promptly and then total silence and all follow up emails to chase this are ignored. Very poor service as I have always been a loyal customer and have spent hundreds with Circulon and always recommended to friends and family. I will definitely not be doing so ever again. The product is not at described.
Every time I take a pan out of the dishwasher I find more scratches on the non stick.
There was no response from customer services.

Update. After saying they would replace the pans they have not responded to my last 3 emails.

Have been using Circulon for years. Great range of products. Easy to view, select and purchase. Speedy delivery.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and pleased to say the recipients are delighted with use and ease of cleaning these pots. Very well received and a starter pan set I would recommend.

I did respond to your email, and below is what I wrote, It seems that rather than doing the right thing and replacing the poor quality pans you just want to fight this out in public and try and make comments which you think make it look like you are doing something.
I have received your email, you state that the complaint was not logged until February and you have no photographs prior to that, actually the complaint was initiated through facebook and moved to messenger in October and i still have the log to prove it, you conveniently lost your correspondence to avoid the warranty. my wife ended up binning some of the pans due to you not doing anything about the initial complaint and you are using this to avoid upholding the warranty claim. I am not the only person on trustpilot who has the same issues. you sold me 2 sets of poor quality pans for hundreds of pounds and offer me 1 pan for £85 to shut me up!!!! Again Poor quality, false claims of quality, refusal to uphold your warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Bought a set of saucepans for approx £270 about 2yrs ago , after using Pro Cook for years without issue, sadly I listened to the hype, reasonable performance for 18 months or so. Had an issue, contacted the company, sent me an extensive list of info they wanted from me, including photos etc. A bit like The Spanish Inquisition, sent it promptly back absolutely ignored. Pretty crap service from a supposed "top quality establishment " TBH. Be warned don't buy this product it does not live up to expectations and they don't warrant any kudos !!!!

I have two frying pans and four other items of Circulon cookware and can recommend them all. They are good heavy quality non stick and can go in the dishwasher . The food cooks evenly and quickly.

Efficient delivery. Pans are great! Easy to use and clean.

Just really keen to get saucepans that are long lasting with drainer lids

I bought this non-stick chef’s pan to replace its longstanding predecessor, also from Circulon - the workhorse of my kitchen hob for decades. I made the change simply because the old pan was very slightly losing its non-stick properties, and I liked the sound of the “scratch defence“ surface on the new product.

Time will of course tell, but my first impression is entirely positive. The pan heated up fast, the cooked food glided easily into the serving dish, and a little soapy water removed any trace of cooking. A bonus is that the rim of the pan curves slightly outwards, which makes pouring mess-free (my previous pan, with a conventional rim, tended to dribble down its sides).

At the moment it’s love at first sight.

After submitting an online claim nothing happened. I rang after 7 days and got through to a customer service agent. Within 5 mins she approved the claim and issued me a voucher. I used this voucher to buy another pan and it arrived the next day - excellent service.

Quality product, not cheap but really happy with the cookware.

if you enjoy cooking then this will be a good addition to your pan arsenal . for me , the wide base makes it pleasant to fry spices and meat /veg in separate corners and the non stick helps greatly .
