I had Paul Lefrere as my Trainer.
He was absolutely fantastic at making the 5 day SMSTS course not a drag and death by powerpoint.
He clearly shows an extensive and secure wealth of knowledge when it comes to what he is training which puts everyone at ease.
As a woman he was very inclusive and i never felt left out or mistreated.

Paul Lefere was an informative and easy going trainer. The course was enjoyable and i learnt a lot of new stuff and was surprised most at how important wolves are to the environment!! Which i never knew previously! I've used Citrus a lot over the past 9 months as in a new role and can really recommend!!
