Great service provided once again by Shakil (B110). He was happy to wait whilst I finished preparing urgent samples to be sent across hospital sites and then delivered them promptly.
I wanted to leave a quick review to show my appreciation for his willingness to always go the extra mile and with a smile on his face, even in the small hours of the morning!
