No delivery and no information
Delivery notification sent 1500-1900. Never turned up. No communication. Phoned for information and told can't give information as it's a Wicks delivery. Wicks state they have no such policy. Both companies handling of this was a total shambles

Had a very important documents I needed to get to the American Embassy on an overnight and Dan was fantastic! He called when he arrived and collected the documents with a smile! Grade A customer service!

Awful
Awful. I don't know where CitySprint get their delivery drivers but this one drove up a public footpath and drove right across neighbour lawns citing that GPS took them there. What bullshit. I shall be making a complaint and asking for compensation as they have damaged our lawns through negligence. We have photo evidence. Bunch of cowboy idiots.

I would actually give no stars if I could.
Delivery time was 07.00 am to 11 am.over 5 hours late!.
This delivery was through Wicks.I won't make that mistake again.After finally getting hold of customer services at Wicks, put on hold while they telephoned the driver, to be told he's running late, 5 HOURS late. Surprisingly, 25 mins later , my delivery turned up.NO apologies.
Tracking does not work either.

Wonderful
Our courier BL23 arrived perfectly on time, made sure we answered the door rather than leaving wood out in the rain, tripled check he was delivering the right items, carried the items into the house for us and was very friendly. Overall a wonderful delivery experience.

Great delivery and service
We were given an update that our delivery was a few stops away. When it arrived the driver ((BL23) helped carry the fence panel through the house to the garage. He was friendly and polite. We were very happy with the service.

Good overall delivery
The item arrived within the time frame. The driver dilvered the items which were quite heavy carefully placing them where I indicated. He was helpful and happy.
