CitySprint - Heathrow Avis 

They courier left a card saying the parcel was delivered but it was not - no one was home. They left a reference number with no instructions on how to locate the parcel.

The driver was very quick and efficient.

Speedy delivery and the driver Shaz is friendly and polite

The courier came in good time and was friendly and helpful.
The name on his card is 'Shaz PA60'.

I’ve only ever had cause to use a courier once and it was not a good experience. The driver was two hours late collecting the package. I called to find out what was happening but was assured said documents would be delivered by 2.00pm as promised. He was then given incorrect instructions which meant that instead of delivering my package straight away, he made several other collections and deliveries before eventually delivering mine at 4.50pm!!
I raised a complaint and was offered a 50% refund on my booking however, when it was deposited into my bank, it was a random fiver so I had to get onto them once again to request the remaining monies be refunded. If I ever have the need for a courier service again, it certainly will not be these people.

Would like to thank CS team especially Lee Adams and Jon Kidd for all their hard work and support in helping us with all our deliveries.
Always there very proactive and understanding.

I have been getting my exhaust delivery from tekkie for 8 years now and he is very good at what he does! He’s also very polite and helpful and always has a smile on his face! If there is an exhaust missing he will help find out where it is!

Amazing service same day delivery on the hottest days of the year. Driver was polite, friendly and considerate nevertheless.

Terrible experience. Driver told me he would be going direct for drop off but did not. My delivery was time critical. I called the depot and they advised the driver picked up another job en route. Apparently it was on standard service and you have to ring to request a direct drop off (no info about this when booking online). They then promised it would be there at 4 pm. Again no show. Delivery wasn’t made until 6 pm. Also, I had booked the delivery on a motorbike and a car came instead which delayed everything. If CitySprint couldn’t honour the booking as per their agreement, and told me when I initially called, I could’ve made other arrangements. Best to stick to TNT.

I called the call centre as I was finding it complicated to book on the website. I spoke to Mellissa - who was polite, knowledgeable and efficient

I placed my order with her and the package was collected and delivered within 3 hours.

Would definitely recommend CitySprint.

Phone was not delivered as per emails from yourself
I had to ring and find out what the problem was and was on the phone for over to Wendy minutes.
Have been with vodaphone for over twenty five years but will definitely consider changing to a different provider after the problems today.

DISGUSTING.
My Gousto Box (Weekly food delivery) has been in the back of a van since 8.00am this morning. There has been no tracking information provided, the cut off point is 7.00pm. NOTHING has been delivered.

THIS IS THE MOST DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I HAVE EVER, EVER ENCOUNTERED.

WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE U.K.! And that is saying something!!! 3 days ago I ordered from ASOS and paid £7.95 for same day evening delivery. Received no information or news at all that day, waited a second day and stayed near my front door ALL evening, with no message to say the delivery couldn’t be made. Went to track on the website and it said nobody was in, which is a lie! We have a ring camera and no one showed up! They offer no information on redelivery and don’t bother updating you. ASOS, please stop using this horrible service. Stick to DPD, they’re much more reliable. I would never recommend this service to anyone, unless you want to wait 3x longer than you’ve paid for. I will be contacting ASOS directly and want my money back!
