Steve PA84, Awesome
The driver Steve PA84 was awesome, friendly and extremely helpful. He was great with my Father who has dementia and was kind enough to help me take the materials delivered upstairs.
Honestly couldn't have been better.
Communication re delivery was also excellent and delivered on time.

Same day delivery
This was a pick up from a corporate account. In all honesty, the communication from the office wasn’t great as I didn’t have an option of selecting a day or time, but once I confirmed the order I was given a next day pick up and the driver delivered on time, was very friendly and helpful and he was very patient in terms of waiting for the item upon collection. The end result was getting the item to me quickly I would give them top marks.

Initial delivery from wickes was half…
Initial delivery from wickes was half an hour before the arranged time slot and 4/5 boards were damaged. Second delivery was great, the driver Steve was a pleasure to deal with and even help me carry the boards inside the property, had he conducted the initial delivery this would be 5 stars. His reference was PA84-Steve, top man.

Alan was very helpful in sorting out an issue with parcels being mixed up for collection. He quickly returned them back to the venue without any hesitation

Courier was fantastic
The lady I spoke to to organise delivery was great. Steve my courier was fantastic! (Steve PA84) was professional, kind & reassuring. The parcel was delivered to the correct people at address in great time. Well worth the money for how it managed my anxiety & stress. Thank you Steve!

Lovely driver Steve - Pa84
Lovely driver, when he pulled up I asked if he would drive round to the back of the property to unload in to the garage. Steve didn’t mind at all and was very friendly.

...this truly was an outstanding service
Have recently made two online orders from the Pudsey Wickes store, both delivered by Citysprint. Not aware of Citysprint prior to this but on both occasions we had the same man. He was both friendly and helpful, carried our delivery to the garage with a smile.
Like many people we have numerous deliveries to our home, but this is the only one which has made me make the effort to write a positive review. By definition, this truly was an outstanding service as it stood out from the rest. Impressive. JN 70060661
