Today we had Simon Hughes deliver the surgery’s medical notes. He is always very helpful and a bright spirit. He has never been rude and is always very cheerful when speaking to members of staff. Never complains and is always happy to answer questions.

Great service from Simon! He was very friendly and he already had the info about what to pick up and where it should go. I'm only pointing that as a positive because I've had couriers that almost sounded like they are scamming me because they didn't know what they are picking up...
