Jacek the driver was friendly, polite and helpful. He helped get all the gear off the van and into the house with a fun personality.
Citysprint sent an email stating the driver was on his way. As always, a great service from Citysprint, their drivers and Wickes who they were delivering for.

Not great first impressions
UPDATED REVIEW: complaint resolved to my satisfaction, after speaking to their national customer care following the review.
End review: Extremely poor service from their local operations team, from not being kept updated, the awful experience with the driver. The national side with customer care and the booking experience was good. Would consider trying their services again in another area. 3 out of 5.

Efficient and helpful service
Delivery was made in the expected time slot. The delivery was of large heavy bags and the courier (MK60) carried it to our requested place, which was much appreciated.

Amazing Service
