Very quick and easy check in process. The property was very clean and pleasant which made our stay feel great. I’d definitely come back to stay in the property in my next visit to Manchester.

My friends and I rented an accommodation for the weekend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The Property: The place was clean, spacious enough for our group, and looked exactly like the photos online. The facilities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Minor things like having more chairs for the dining table, spare tea towels and oven trays would have made it even better!

Service: Communication was great. Check-in was completely hassle-free, which made settling in for our weekend away incredibly easy.

The Verdict: It was the perfect setup for a group trip. We would definitely book through this company again and highly recommend them!

Loved our stay here! We went for a girls weekend away and had the best time. The location was perfect, right in the centre of gay village with some great bars and clubs nearby. Supermarkets and food options nearby, and the area in general felt very safe and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, tidy, and gave us so much space for a group of 9. Just what we needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

We booked the place quite late as we had been let down by a hotel we had booked. Their response was so fast that within an hour we had been confirmed for checkin. The place was very clean and quite comfortable. Both our kids had their own space which would not have been the case if we had stuck with the hotel. Although within the city, it was quiet inside and we had a good sleep. There was tea and sugar, which you don't find in some places, I love a cup of tea in the evening. I would strongly recommend this place.

Excellent! The apartment is well located, spacious and clean. It looks exactly like the photos. The host is proactive, responds quickly and gave us precise and clear information. The deposit was returned to us on time, without any problems. We were happy with the choice we made.

Was hands down amazing, friendly and easy chats with the host. Felt comfortable like is was a warmly home. Everything was perfect and as described if not better! Couldn’t recommend enough, will definitely be back to visit

The place was very clean and organized and the location was a very short walk to Picadilly station and heart of city center which was absolutely fantastic. Matt and Steph were very responsive and helpful! They made the check in easy and checkout a breeze. Highly recommend if traveling in Manchester!

The unit they manage is amazing. As hosts they are on point. They made sure everything was perfect for me arrival. Instructions were clear and the unit was super clean. Thank you for all you do.

Very disappointing experience – Inaccurate listing and terrible communication:
We were highly dissatisfied with our stay. The house did not look like the pictures shown online, and the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped—there were far too few plates and bowls for us.
To make matters worse, communication was non-existent. City Host did not reply to any of our inquiries. On top of that, they charged and refunded our security deposit multiple times without any explanation. When we reached out regarding these chaotic transactions and the other issues, we received absolutely no response. We definitely do not recommend booking with them.
