Such an easy website to navigate
Such an easy website to navigate, with clear pictures of the watches and all the important information attached regarding each item.
The payment process was again so easy, and for the shipping to NZ, I had the item in my hand in about 4 business days.
Beautiful and 100% genuine watches.
The Seiko I purchased is heavy, solid and a truely beautiful timepiece.

Citywatches - great service, great products.
Citywatches have a huge range to choose from so it was easy to find one that suited me. Prices are so much cheaper than NZ so this was the second watch that I could not have afforded here.
Once ordered I was kept well informed of the processing and dispatch of the watch. Arrived within ten days! The watch was true to the advertisement.

So, I ordered the watch on a Friday…
I ordered the watch on a Friday morning, with shipping being Ex Singapore to New Zealand. When I woke up to prepare for work on Monday, the watch had been delivered. I had ample communication from Citywatches the whole time, plus they supplied all relevant tracking/shipping info. All in all, a flawless experience and I would definitely buy from them again.
