Would give zero if I could as wanted to…

Would give zero if I could as wanted to return item as quality poor but they do not respond . Already done that 3 times with that e mail address and still ignored . Sorted my return out and refunded my money so I have amended my star rating

Unfortunately my order wasn’t the correct size.. So Civeed are sending me another pair of Trousers my correct size.. No problem with customer service.. They acted immediately with my enquiry.. And are keeping me informed regarding delivery..

No delivery, no response to e mails, no tracking facility

Payment taken, order not received. There is no way of tracking, the link to track your delivery just tries to sell you a tracking app. I e mailed twice but no response.

Hoping my bank will deal with them and give me a refund.

Good looking watch, but watch face has issues

The watch looks good, but the watch face has sharp edges and the metal watch band also feels cheap with sharp edges and a poor finish. However, the watch is easy to navigate and quite impressive. The packaging is not like what was shown in the ad. I hope this helps; it's an honest review.

Dupe

I flagged up that the product I ordered, which they’d used the original name for on the site (together with the TM symbol) was a dupe and have received no reply.

I received a response to my review from Civeed on here advising me to contact customer service (I had) but sent a further email. Neither has been acknowledged.

Terrible

I requested a return/refund. I was informed that it would cost me alot to return & offered £9 refund. After disputing this I eventually got a full refund. Don't use this site. They need closing down .

Communication is terrible

I have sent about 10 e mails now regarding trying to get a refund for a mens fleece jacket that I ordered from Civeed. They sent me the wrong size which was their fault so I'm still waiting to hear back from them by email. I want a refund now as I've just bought the correct size again from Civeed. All they need to do is send me the details for returning the fleece for a refund. The communication from them by e mail has been atrocious!!!

Ordered a fleece and it was too small I…

Ordered a fleece and it was too small I needed a size up at first I'm thinking customer service is not good as no one got back to me for 2 days, I then read the reviews and feared the worse. Then a guy named Lan took over my question on a return exchange to bigger size as the fleece was really nice and thick, Lan said it will be really expensive to return so what we will do is send the size up free of charge and that's exactly what he did received it yesterday…. This company did go above and beyond and is definitely worth buying from. Thanks Lan.

Stay away from this vompany

Ordered a size medium trousers but they were too big so I asked if I could return them and had this email:

'If you want to return it ,you should afford the shipping fee,our factory is located in abroad ,the shipping fee will be expensive .We don't recommend you do that .

We can resend new product to you, but we hope you pay 2.6970 GBP shipping fee . Do you accept it?

We don't need you to return the received package, because this international freight is very expensive'

I did reply to this asking if they could send me a smaller size then but I have had no response. I regret buying them feeling like I've been scammed 😩

Order/communication

There was zero communication about my order apart from confirmation. They never notified me my size was out of stock, only found out because I reached out to them after 1 week of silence. The size was never marked down that it was out of stock. They delete all their negative comments from their Facebook page and don’t approve any negative reviews on their actual page so it looks like they only have 5 stars.

Ordered a Norwegian outdoor fleece that at £28 was too good to be true.On reading more reviews I became worried as to whether the company was a scam site ie:no company address provided and people not receiving goods or inferior items.My fleece arrived today and I cannot be more happy.It is the real thing.High quality and at that price perfect.No issues here.
