Outstanding payouts and unresolved concerns associated with CK Capital

I am posting this review because I believe prospective customers should examine the history of CK Capital alongside the reviews appearing under CK Propfirm. I am concerned about the connection between the two brands and the status of existing payout complaints.

On June 8, 2026, I requested a $3,132 payout from CK Capital. Its moderator publicly stated that first payouts took 10 business days and subsequent payouts took 7 business days, while also discussing plans for “guaranteed payouts within 48 hours.” My payout remains unpaid. CK subsequently acknowledged that it had not been denied and was still in the review queue, but no resolution date was provided.

I have personally experienced Discord restrictions after raising payout concerns. Also have had my comments and concerns deleted in the discord chats. The funded-trader chat was subsequently removed, and I have concerns about how traders who challenge the company or share negative experiences are treated. I also have concerns about accounts in the Discord community that appear to pose as ordinary traders but whose behavior raises questions about whether they are automated. Because of this review I will be banned from the discord. As have others

A further concern is a statement attributed to Daniel Cheung, CK Capital's director, that the company had considered closing the prop firm and not paying traders because it was considered easier. I consider this particularly troubling given my unresolved payout. I have documentation relating to this statement and am willing to submit it for review.

I know other traders personally who have experienced similar problems. We have retained our own records, including payout communications and other relevant evidence. I cannot speak for every trader, but these are not concerns I am raising without documentation.

I am asking for my outstanding $3,132 payout to be resolved and for transparent answers about the delays and the treatment of customers raising legitimate concerns.

If Trustpilot is willing to review supporting evidence, I and other affected traders are prepared to provide screenshots, tickets, payout records, and relevant Discord communications.

Please read the reviews under both company names carefully and examine the documented experiences of existing traders before purchasing an account. Last stay away from any of Dan Chueng's offers and Ck Propfirm the ultimate con artist used social media to build connection then scammed all those who trusted him.

Beware this company it is a re branding of CK capital.

CKPROP/CKCapital are a total shambles, Dishonest and have no humility to people.

They have continually lied and deflected to Funded traders waiting for payouts since December 2025. If excuses was an olympic sport Ck would dominate year on year.

In short avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers that have no remorse!

Honest Review From a Disheartened CK Funded Trader

I joined CK after finding Dan on YouTube. He seemed like a stand-up guy with good principles — always called out prop firms that put him on risk or didn't pay out. When I found out he had his own prop firm, I figured he would base it on the principles he displayed on YouTube.

Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case.

I am funded with 9 different prop firms. All have pros and cons, and nothing in this space is perfect. But CK has been like nothing I have ever experienced. I am actually in shock at how badly they treat funded traders. They lack professionalism, they lack transparency, they lack accountability, and they are outright liars to a level I've never seen before. Shame on all at CK!

I'm sure this will get a reply from CK saying they dispute these claims. If I could add screenshots to this post, there would be no disputing. It's actually laughable that a CK employee has the nerve to reply to any 1-star review regarding payouts. I've read them all, and every single one is a true account of how CK treat funded traders.

Everything is fine with CK until you reach the payout stage. I assume 99% of the positive reviews — definitely in 2026 — are either faked by CK staff or left by people who have not yet reached a payout.

Once you hit the payout stage, your 10 business days will pass and no payout will be received. You will then enquire when it will arrive. The answer will be "soon," as "everyone trades differently, therefore some reviews take longer to process." Okay — benefit of the doubt for another week, as I don't see anyone else complaining in Discord about missing payouts. However, there's a reason for that.

Once another week passes with broken promises and you mention it in the General chat on Discord, two things immediately happen:

Your message is quickly deleted after they reply asking you to keep all payout queries within your ticket.
You are disabled from commenting in General chat and moved to another chat room called "Funded Traders Chat."

This is where you realise you're not alone — and there's a reason you don't see anyone complaining about payouts in General. Their messages are deleted, they're removed from General chat, and placed in Funded Traders Chat.

In the Funded Traders Chat, every hour of every day, people are requesting three things:

Confirmation from CK Capital on when payouts will be received.
An explanation for why payouts are going past 10 business days.
An answer as to why everyone has been disabled from General chat.

None of these are dealt with just excuses.

Also worth noting: the very few people who do get paid out and are posted in "Traders Payouts" are oddly the same select few. If you scan the QR codes, the amounts do not add up — so obviously some dodgy Photoshopping is going on.

CK lack transparency. They lie to new customers who enquire about the 10 business days. The owners make their staff repeatedly lie. The website is poor and riddled with glitches and out-of-date data.

CK have the audacity to always reply with the same quote: "We have zero payout denials." Let me educate you here, CK — not paying within the 10 business days you state is denying a payout. There are hundreds of angry traders in the Funded Traders Chat who have been waiting months and months for payouts. That is denying.

Personally, I have been waiting 9 weeks for a payout. I don't expect I will ever see it.

My Advice to Anyone Reading This:

If you're thinking about taking a challenge with CK, go onto Discord and ask in General chat why the Trustpilot scores are so low. Instead of taking ownership and saying they have a long queue of traders owed money, they will give you this statement:

"We currently have had some fake reviews left which is hurting our Trustpilot score."

They are not fake. CK and all its staff are fake. If I could give zero stars, I would.

You have been warned.

This is a rebrand of a pre-existing prop firm known as CKCapital.

I simply ask you to take the time and read the reviews on CK Capital. Do yourselves a favour and buy your challenge accounts from a reputable firm, not these people.

My experience as a funded trader (and many others) has been entirely negative with the team behind this company.

I have never seen a moderator as unprofessional as Martin so definitely steer clear from him. They act more like a gang than a support group for traders…

i even dont know where to start. this firm is a fraud scheme. I've waited for my payout since may till now we're in october,, i have been banned from their servers because of inquiring about my payout, i honestly believe even the payout they show like once in a week is orchestrated, i think no one gets paid. if you're seeing this please dont purchase an account from them,, they are the worst propfirm in existent and by a mile
