Cladding Warehouse Avis 

We ordered some profiles online and they were delivered the next day , marvellous service.
A special thank you to Shaun the delivery driver who was very helpful and polite.

I paid £14 for a delivery one sheet UPVC 4x8 foot and took 6 days to deliver and one edge has slight damage.

If you want my advice don't order from these.

over a week in 2024 to arrange delivery, contacted them to ask for tracking information, "we don't provide tracking" pardon? is it 2024? or 1994?

Said they tried to call me but didn't actually call me, then arrived and there was no one home, didn't attempt to leave it with a neighbour and then when I asked for a refund told me they'd refund the costs but not the delivery fee, of £41, told them that i'd raise a dispute with paypal as I have CCTV of them not even attempting to leave it with a neighbour.

Finally then as a "gesture of goodwill" they've refunded the delivery amount, unsure what the gesture of goodwill is here.

poor service and then they try to make out like they've done me a favour.

The first order I received was damaged, the team dealt with it professionally and arranged a replacement order immediately, communicated their intentions. The new order arrived perfect, when they said it would, it's how a company deals with a problem that makes the difference. I would recommend.

ORDER 33254 was placed on 04/08/23 for delivery directly to site & was told 3-5 working days.

As we hadn't received the material or any form of communication I made contact via the telephone number on 11-08-23 and was told deliveries were behind due to volume of orders, I explained the material was required for a property handover the following Wednesday so if the delivery couldn't be
confirmed I would need to make other arrangements.

The operative told me she would stress the importance to transport for a Monday delivery and come back to me the same morning. As I hadn't received a phone call back by lunchtime I rang again to be informed nobody in the office was aware of this conversation and as Transport were busy she suggested I made my own arrangements to collect as they couldn't guarantee a delivery for early the following week.

The logistics of getting the material collected at such short notice in conjunction with were we are situated and the site address caused avoidable loss of time and cost.

The operative seemed to think an offer of the delivery refund was the answer to the situation and couldn't see any issue or why I wanted an explanation on nobody coming back to me on the initial phone call.

I've still not had any form of explanation or apology for the impact of the delivery delay and also poor customer service which I find unprofessional.

Transaction was very easy from start to finish, great quality products and Trevor who made the delivery nothing was to much trouble for him.Would definitely use again, highly recommended.

Unfortunately first sheet had a scratch in it however a new sheet was delivered within 2 days. Great company to deal with, customer service second to none!

Great service all round. Used the webchat function to raise a query and received an immediate response and helpful phone call which answered my query. Product was ordered and delivered within 48 hours by courier. The product was exactly what I needed for a bespoke job and Cladding Warehouse provided a great service.

I required some 2 part H Section with aluminium backing & U Chanel for my conservatory ceiling cladding.
The Staff were really helpful & efficient.
They had the products I wanted at a decent price.
