I ordered from this company on the 16th May for communion stickers for 24th , as off today the 2nd June I haven't received them, so I would not recommend this Web site

I’m really sorry to hear that your experience with your order didn’t meet your expectations.
Just to clarify the timeline for full transparency — your order was placed on Friday, 16th at 10:52am and was dispatched the very same day at 12:44pm, less than two hours later. I do my very best to ensure all orders go out quickly and efficiently, and yours was no exception.
You first contacted me on the 28th of the month — 9 working days later (13 days) — to let me know the item hadn’t arrived. As I explained in my reply, since you had chosen standard shipping (which is untracked), and as stated in my terms and conditions, I unfortunately couldn’t issue a refund. However, I also made it very clear that had I been contacted earlier, I would have been more than happy to send out a replacement in time for your event — just as I have done for other customers in the past when things have gone missing in transit.
In fact, I even offered to send you a replacement anyway, whether for this event or a future party, as a gesture of goodwill — but I didn’t receive any response to that email. Instead, I saw your one-star review, which I’ll be honest, feels quite unfair given the effort I made and the fact that I was never given a chance to resolve the issue for you.
Unfortunately, while I work hard to get every order out promptly, I have no control over postal delays or losses — and they do happen from time to time, especially given the volume of mail handled by the postal system every day. I always do my best to sort things out when customers get in touch, but I can’t help if I’m only told several days after the event has passed.
I genuinely wish we’d been able to sort this out together before it got to this point, and I hope you might reconsider your review, given the context.

Personalised Scratch Card for Surprise Present…
I got a personalised scratch card for my daughters surprise 18th present and it was just perfect. The presentation is beautiful (I got gold foil with silver scratch panel), it was a really unusual way to give a surprise present. It was delivered well within the lead time and was packaged very well. And it did not cost very much at all. Would highly recommend it to anyone
