I had a very good experience with Clairvocars, and have to give a big shout out to Alyssa, which walked me through the entire process, and helped me navigate scheduling, rescheduling, etc. From the initial Offer, scheduling an appointment with the buyer, to ultimately selling the car, Clairvocars is very consumer minded and transparent with each step.

Step 1 - Input basic vehicle data (year, make, model, mileage), Provide some additional vehicle condition details, and you will receive an offer amount instantly. Obviously this offer is contingent on the vehicle being in the condition provided, and has a n expiration date.

Step 2 - Schedule an appointment with a buyer to purchase the vehicle. This appointment allows the buyer to inspect the vehicle's condition and confirm the offer amount.

Step 3 - Sign transfer paperwork and collect a check.

Simple as that!! In my personal experience, I was more in the curiosity stage of Selling my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My wife took a job that required a significant commute, and with 2 Medium to Large size SUV's for our family, we needed something more economical. I actually completed Step 1, got an offer, which motivated me to actually start the process of buying my wife a new vehicle prior to selling my Jeep.

My experience at CarMax was completely low stress. I brough in my offer code, scanned the QR Code completed the check in steps, and I was out the door with a check in hand matching my offer amount in under an hour.

I had listed my car on Facebook marketplace and craigslist and kept having lowball offers and sifting through tons of messages. Wow! I was skeptical at first being contacted through Facebook. I was selling my dad's car. Alyssa was VERY helpful. She recommended we take our car to a dealer who buys and sells cars directly. I had no idea. The process was easy. We got a little more than what we were asking for. Thank you for an easy process and your awesome help!

I’d had a really negative experience with the buyer team at CarMax, so was exploring other options. When we checked in with Clairvo, we received a great offer from a local car dealership. The Clairvo representative, Mike, with whom we worked reached out via phone and was incredibly helpful without ever feeling like he was pressuring us. He stayed in communication with us until the sale. We sold the car today and were incredibly happy with the results as we got about 30% more than our offer from Carvana and about 20% more than our offer from CarMax.

Had a great experience working with Leo in selling my GMC Acadia. He has the perfect balance of persistence and giving sellers space. I ended up going with the buyer he suggested (even if the price is lower) due to the simplicity and the trust Leo nurtured.

After receiving mostly scam emails in trying to sell my car privately, I decided to give Clairvocars a try. They contacted me via text in response to my Craiglist ad. I felt Hannah who initially reached out understood my frustration. I requested an online offer from their website for my 2021 Jeep, and I felt the offer I received was fairly good and better than other searches I had done and it was with a dealership I was familiar with nearby. George followed up with me once I made an appointment for an in-person meeting, and he followed up with me to make sure my communication and negotiation was moving along smoothly. He even provided me with additional bids in case this one did not work out. I know you don't get as much money from a dealership, but unfortunately in this day and age there is a lot of untrustworthy activity in private vehicle sales, and I felt comfortable with not having to deal with that stress. I recommend working with Clairvocars.
