Sizing on clothing incorrect, followed up by insulting 10% off to purchase again,
offered 20% after another email.

I purchased swimwear for my daughter which the size was incorrectly stated. She was aged 6 months, as advised, i sized up and purchased 12 months. The swimming costume was extremely small. She’s not a particularly large baby for her age. When I asked for a replacement due to incorrect description of sizes I was told no. I did re order the swimming costume and ordered age 2-3, which was still snug with zero stretch.

Unfortunately won’t be ordering again due to the negative attitude towards the situation. Really disappointed and expensive mistake.

Ordered a mystery box for £25 and wow! Absolutely stunning, a gorgeous romper with 2 hair bows. Had so many compliments and such amazing quality. Not to forget the signature scent , gorgeous! Thank you! Will deffo order again

Purchased a shorts set personalised for my grandsons birthday the items arrived quickly and beautifully package also a lovely little free gift . The shorts set its fabulous quality and will be buying from them again and would highly recommend this company . Thank you

I would give 0 if I could. I ordered an outfit in February to be dispatched in April. This was for my daughter’s birthday in May. I have emailed and I have had no response but that their shipping process is intense. It hasn’t came in time for my event and it’s disappointing they do a pre order and don’t send the item as promised.

Our latest items are swimwear and wow , once again the design and quality is superior! Customer service is 11/10. Beware you might want to buy everything on the website, that’s my only problem!
