Stay away from this company. They impersonate the authentic Clarke Shoes. Do not purchase as much as a toothpick from them. They have crap shoes made of plastic that cut your feet up. They will not give you a full refund & will jerk you around until you give in for a partial refund. They are from China & returning the items will cost 2xs as much then what you paid for the product.

JUNK! They look like a kid made them with a craft kit. All plastic. JUNK! Came from Yonkers but need to send back to China/ full on scammers.

I rarely leave reviews, but this deserved one. It’s not just a good product — it’s a great one that clearly came from a business that knows what they’re doing. Everything from the way the product was wrapped to how it looked and felt told me I’d made the right choice. A smooth, satisfying experience from top to bottom. I ordered Monaco and Cassandra and I will be ordering Monaco in a different color as they are so cute!

I loved how fast the delivery was — it arrived much sooner than anticipated. Packaging was both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The product looks gorgeous and feels robust. Customer support was friendly and efficient when answering a sizing question

These shoes are the cheapest shoes I've ever seen.They seem to not be willing to help you get them returned and get your money back.
They are very slippery.I cannot fall at 75 years of age.No excuse for such shoddy workmanship!

This company charge me $65 for a pair of shoes advertising like they were the real Clarks. They are identical to my five dollar Temu pair. They literally weigh about the same as a piece of paper. They are nothing but pure garbage to say I’m furious is an understatement.

Do not buy!!! They are not true Clark brand shoes. They are cheap knock offs. They expect you to send them back to China at your cost if you want to return them.

I’m really happy with my the Monaco Sandals. Shipping was lightning fast, and the item came packaged like a gift. The design is contemporary yet timeless, and the construction feels durable. Customer support went above and beyond to help resolve a minor issue quickly.

This a terrible experience. I received my shoes in a Ziploc bag. They look so old and smell so bad. I wish I red the reviews. This is terrible. I am not able to return them. DO NOT BUY HROM THIS PLACE>

Unfortunately, I ordered a pair of shoes thinking they would be good but I wouldn’t even buy them if I saw them in the dollar store. They are not even worth one dollar. They are cheap plastic and nothing like their advertised presentation. Their website says if you’re not satisfied, email them and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours. I have sent three emails in five days and heard nothing back and I doubt if I will. Do not, I repeat do not even think of buying anything from them. I really regret my decision.

Customer service is a joke. After receiving these cheaply made shoes which were much too big, I sent 2 emails which went unanswered. The 3rd email, they asked for a photo of the shoe size which was so odd since they sent the shoe. Anyway, I could tell they were trying to wear me down. 4th email stated they’d give me 20% to keep the shoes? Why would I want shoes that don’t fit? In addition, they still do not include how to return or an address to do so. 5th email I state that I want a refund, please send an address to return! After reading these reviews, I am thinking the return address will be somewhere in China with a customs fee attached. These shoes were not cheap. This company is a scam and they are advertising as if they are Clark’s brand. I’m so mad at myself for not reading these reviews first. Money wasted! I really hate scammers who know exactly what they’re doing.

Update on response for returning. This is verbatim the email I received after 5 requests. Note how non specific they are about what is considered a "low" value. I'll bet none of their returns make it to their warehouse. I can only imagine the cost to ship these back to China. I'm chalking this up to NEVER buying on FB again and checking reviews prior to any purchase. The time I spent on this was also lost. Ugh!!

Wish I read these reviews before I made my purchase. Thought I was buying a Clark product but what I received was poor quality and way too big. Customer service was responsive but only got a fraction of the purchase price back. They say you can return them, but I could not get them to send me the address. In reading other reviews, it seems you need to return them to China and incur customs fees, in addition to shipping costs. That information should be on the website. I never would have bought them!! Some call this a scam…not sure about that but certainly not transparent.

I bought a pair of sandals. Very poor quality. When I tried to return, they told me I could keep them, if I bought another pair of shoes with 30% off. When I said I only wanted to return them, they only offered me 20% reimbursement, and I should keep the shoes. Horrible company. I guess I was taught a lesson only to buy on Amazon things I can return.

Very disappointed. Shoes are not cheap, but they look cheap and poorly made. Regret it not looking at reviews before buying. I’ll try to return them, but if not successful, I’ve learned my lesson. This company is a sham... don't fall for their false advertising and inflated prices! I fell for it and am not happy about it! The sandals are cheap plastic and poorly glued together... not orthopedically designed at all. They're even dangerous to wear! I contacted this company for a refund and they offered 40% OR I could return the items. It's a ridiculous shipping cost and I'm unwilling to put another dime into this transaction. We'll see if I get 40% refund! Even PayPal couldn't really do anything and I told them they shouldn't be doing business with this bogus company! If I could give negative stars, I would!

Much like others. I ordered sandals for $59.95. The company claims money back and quality guarantee. The sandals were the worst cheapest pair of shoes I have ever experienced. Clarks-Bloomfield is not standing by the guarantee. They offered a 20% refund to keep the stupid shoes I don't want. I am arguing for the full refund.

Fake Clark shoes! Made of cardboard-like material uppers and cheap plastic. The shoes have velcro closures under the fake buckles. They are not even true to size. I tried to get a refund and they refused. I had to go through PayPal to fight the charges, I still only got half my money refunded. Buyer beware, because these shoes are poorly made and the company is very difficult to deal with. I would give them a 0 if I could. The designs are cute and I wish the REAL Clarks would make some similar styles.

Poor quality, I was under the impression these were Clark shoes. They are not.
