Ben was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The store in Bath has a very nice selection of footwear and it was a pleasure to be there yesterday and today purchasing school shoes for my 3 sons.

Served by Isia at Bath shop , who was wonderful with both boys ! Very friendly & helpful. When they didn’t have the size for Jack, she went out of her way to bring lots more styles out, Jack loved the pair he chose, a very happy pair of boys , a very happy Nonna, and a very happy Mum 🤩

I visited the Bath store and was helped by Sue. She gave some great advice on the right size to get for my boots, and how to care for them properly to make them last. Really lovely lady who seemed genuinely happy to help us and have a chat about our plans for the day. Very happy with my new boots and the service received.

I was incredibly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. After a disappointing online purchase, Tash went above and beyond. Not only did she expertly measure my feet, finally giving me clarity on my correct shoe size, but she also guided me to the perfect pair of smart leather shoes. Her product knowledge was outstanding, and she was exceptionally attentive and patient throughout the process. I left feeling confident and satisfied, with a beautiful new pair of shoes, complete with polish and balm. Tash truly turned a return into a fantastic shopping experience.

Visited Clarks in Bath city centre as my daughter’s school shoes were getting a little tight. We were served by Madi who was an absolute delight. She put my daughter at ease, chatting about school, and what she’d been learning. Would definitely go back next growth spurt.

At the Bath store and they did not have my size in stock. Staff were super helpful and were able to order it in for next day delivery. A big shout out to Elinor for being so dedicated and helpful. Merry Christmas
