Purchase a gun from them and not even 50 rounds into it the safety separated from gun and not working. When talked to them about it was told to fill warranty out and contact Rock Island. If I have to do all that for a new gun I purchased then I wanted a refund . For being sold a broken dangerous product and they said no.

Priced the same as shown on Wikiarms.com. Three different orders arrived within 3 days from purchase date. It appears they have a warehouse and don't drop ship. One Turkish gun made for Century Arms had several defects and ClassicFirearms.com customer service did respond somewhat slowly, but ultimately issued a full refund since the gun was not fired and returned promptly. Considering customer service from other online gun dealers, customer service was very responsive without much haggling.

Made the same old mistake tried to save a few dollars on Glock magazines only to hear nothing about item being shipped. 9 days later a email saying order delayed no reason no date of future shipping. I should have known by the other posts about classic firearms, i should have gone with a more familiar competent company and not had have to deal with this.

People, I have had the very same experience with Classic Firearms as the rest of the one star reviews. The service department, when you do reach them, simply lie or deflect. Their responses are as rude as their customer service. They do not have a refund system.
I recommend not doing any business with them. For my part, I am filing complaints with my State AG, State Dept of Commerce, Federal Licensing Board, and ATF. I see them doing interstate commerce and any bond in my state should be pulled so their business here stops. Email allows me to hammer this! My opinion is that there are plenty of civil issues with them and possibly criminal investigations needed. Research Trust Pilot deeply and you will see their level of concern. This is a company that does not deserve your business. And to use one of their own comments " I am certainly not a good fit" with them, nor is anyone else.

Payment issues that they do not resolve or care to resolve. So far I am ending up paying for an item twice and no one will fix the issue. I would NEVER recommend a sketchy company like this.

Nasty person on line ,very poor customer service. 24 to 72 hrs shipping claim, 8 days still not shipped, credit card charged , no apology just nasty Jay's lip. Will NEVER spend my money with these people again. When I asked if it could be shipped overnight he got offensive ,talked to me like he was doing me a favor ,when I asked for a supervisor he said no, he wont talk to you and hung up. Bunch of Dumbasses.

I didn't read all of these trustpilot one star reviews until AFTER I ordered my item, a Beretta APX. This is
the first time I ever ordered from Classic. I of course felt apprehensive as I waited for delivery but had a gut feeling it would all be ok. I didn't have long to wait. The item was delivered to my FFL at lightspeed, in only 4 days. I wasnt planning on such quick delivery and hadnt scheduled a time for pickup so soon, so this review shouldve been written days ago.
The item was packaged in its original factory plastic carrying case and was complete with everything, all the factory literature and spare parts, not really promised in Classic's online ad but included anyway. The APX is in great shape. Only some very minor holster wear and very minor scratches on the plastic handgrip.
I haven't had a chance to range test it yet, but I paid a little extra for a lifetime guarantee from Classic and am not worried. Classic Firearms has been outstanding so far. I'm so pleased by their products and service that I'll be buying a backup for my item from Classic.
I'd recommend Classic to any collector, sportsman, LEO or other operator without hesitation.

They are untrustworthy. Any company that sells faulty equipment and supports a 34 count rapist felon who's a proud NEO NAZI SIMP should NOT be in business. Get your gear from proud AMERICANS not Nazi sympathizers! Their guns are as poor quality as their morals!

Found their ads online - went to reviews to see if they were legit - tried to use THEIR question submission forms and found they make you jump through bunches of hoops to even ask something - which pretty much confirmed the bad reviews

then there is the fact they have a 77% 1 star rating with a 15% 5 stars ( some of which are obviously bogus )

not a gambler or willing to risk a grand to save $80

I was asking them to no longer use FEDEX as my shipper and they treated me like a moron. They just don't care about the customer, the rep was extremely rude. Buyer beware there are a lot of outer companys with great customer service.

I will never use this company ever again there website must be runned by morons u filter the calibers you want and all it and it does not work then i still wanted to do business with them and the manager was very rude and i will never use this company ever again .

Due to bad comments, I was hesitant but went ahead and purchased 3 magazines. The girl taking my order was very nice and knowledgeable with my order. I received very fast and everything correct. Glad I took a chance hope to deal with again.

Want to clarify some negative comments stop please ....I ordered 3 guns in the last month AR 15 12 gauge semi auto and a sig sauer m400 ar all of my guns got here with in 7 days All of these these people are great and I love there videos this is there life here lets not blame classic firearms for gun makers....

I just purchased the Cimarron PP405LSFW. I have had three (3) fail to fire rounds in the first attempted 44 shots. The hammer strike was misregistered striking the round way off center. I can provide a photo. In all cases, the gun was indexed to that round via drawing the hammer back. Thus, there is some serious flaw in the mechanism that caused the misregistration. I don't know if this is a single bad chamber or random. I have had two sets of 6 shots that did fire all chambers?? So, it does not happens every time. As this is the first box of ammo, I feel that this is a need for a return and replacement, not just some warranty fix issue. This is pretty bad for a revolver.

Classic Firearms (CF) required that I go through Cimarron, not through CF. Having 3 FTFs in the first box of ammo for a revolver is a defective pistol. I am absolutely dissatisfied with CF's response.

I purchased a surplus Beretta 92S several months ago. The purchase and shipping process were great. Unfortunately, I was unable to get out to the range until recently. The pistol would not fire. It is missing its firing pin plunger. When I called customer service they were unable to help. At all. I understand that it was beyond the return window, ( I don't want to return it) but an offer to provide the missing part or a credit on my next purchase would have gone a long way.
Found the part. $4.37. For that, they lost a customer.

These guys are a total rip off. Do yourself a favor and skip this site. They are incredibly overpriced for the amount of business they do I thought it was a patriotic website geared for the average gun owner but no, if you check out their prices, they want you to pay on average $300 to $400 more than smaller sites that actually offer free shipping. It’s infuriating the way they take advantage of their customers who maybe didn’t have time to shop around a bit and see exactly how much more they can save at sites just like them one of them I reviewed and got a five star rating from me. Wake up classic firearms, quit ripping people off.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. They recommend a dealer on their site to ship to and then to find out that the dealer doesn’t exist so they return the package to their place and charge you shipping and restocking fees. Horrible company and out of date website. Losing a lot of business operating that way.

I checked out their website,talk to at least 3 staff who were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me get what I wanted at a reasonable price and was quick to handle shipping. Great product!!!!!! Highly recommend for buying online.

As you have come to expect, Classic Firearms always tries to be brutally honest when describing the condition of our surplus rifles. In regards to these carbines, they have all been dry fire function tested to ensure that they are complete and operable, but the cosmetic conditions vary greatly from one rifle to another. The best way to describe them as a lot is probably this. They are all in good condition mechanically and should feed, function, and fire with no issues at all. Cosmetically, now that is a different story. Some have quite a lot of original bluing left on them, while some have very little blue. I would say the average is around 60 %. Stocks are all solid ( meaning not broken ), but they all have the typical dent, dings, gouges, etc, that you can commonly expect of surplus. Some may also have some small (non-function inhibiting) cracks in the wood. Of course, you may also encounter trench art on some of these rifles, and there will be a certain amount of dirt and grime as they are in turn in condition. Having said all of that, don't let our brutally honest description of these fool you. They are highly collectible and to me the most shooter-friendly version of all of the Enfield rifles. Don't miss this chance to add one of these historic rifles to your collection today."

The rifle I recieved has no bluing at all, very deep heavy rust and rust pitting. The bore is full of extreme rust and very deep pits. The rifling was not even visible when I recieved it. The bore is expanded or swelled for a few inches in the center and rifling is all but non existant. The chamber has deep rust pitting. The rifle is non funtional and unsafe to shoot. I found the same rifle completely refurbished in near perfect condition in another store for only $200 more than I paid at classic firearms. They refused to do anything about it other than to refund me the $30 I paid for hand select for condition.
I left a review with picture documentation on thier website, and they removed the review because it was truthful and had photo evidence. They want to continue to fool others into purchasing from them. It's too bad I cant post photos to this review.

I ordered a firearm on 12/28, and on 1/6 received a cancellation and credit due to an "inventory discrepancy". Disappointed to put it mildly. CF needs a better inventory control system (apparently). An "inventory discrepancy" should never be a reason to take funds, commit to a delivery, have the customer work with his FFL, have delays in responding and getting it shipped, force the customer to call and confirm status, have his FFL call and confirm receipt of FFL, THEN SUDDENLY cancel an order due to a discrepancy in inventory. This has cost me twice the value of the firearm in time and energy to work with my local FFL and CF. I would expect any respectable company to email me with reasons for a delay, then work to secure the firearm at a later date while honoring the sales price even if it comes at a loss to CF. I can understand supply chain issues (even though I would expect CF to only sell items they have in inventory). So...at this point their company initials seem appropriate.
