The first thing that impressed me was the fact I wasn't put on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke to a perfect gentleman named James who spoke to me as if we were having a chat in the pub, great guy. Then (apart from the legal stuff) he explained all the benefits of the policy which were far more than my previous policy and, £72 cheaper. Great staff, great price.

Very good customer service, I am restring a VW Bay Window Van left hand drive so not your common vehicle. The young lady knew what to ask and was appreciative of the input needed at this end so ansked all the questions which needed asking.
