Classicline Insurance Avis 

I had heard through friends of mine about classicline insurance, and all good comments, when I applied for the insurance it was so straightforward to do direct on the phone, Rosie was very helpful in organising the policy, and all my questions answered.

As always very helpful service with renewal and competitive policy price.

Arranged classic car insurance with Classicline for the first time - very refreshing not to be subjected to pressurised sales tactics as experienced with all the others who quoted.
Rosie was very professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with.
Whilst Classicline were not quite the cheapest they were by far the one you would want to deal with and hence my choice.
NB don't normally complete reviews as I generally find them written by knobs and hence worthless.

Ive used Classic Line for a long time and their frontline staff make the business of renewing the policy very easy and pleasant. I’ve never had to make a claim so I don’t know what the backup is like. However I am finding that additional charges are creeping in! Also I guess like a lot of insurance policies with other brokers the premiums keep on rising more than inflation.

My call was answered quickly and the quote was soon sorted and a little cheaper than my previous broker

I talked with a polite person that knew what they were talking about without going through loads of challenges.

I got a price on line which was competitive so was surprised when Classicline phoned to say they thought they could possibly improve the quote, and they did even with agreed valuation. The lady I spoke to was an absolute delight to speak to, knowledgeable and thorough. I will recommend them to everyone with a classic.

I have just renewed my policy with Classicline insurance as I find them so professional and easy to deal with. They give confidence that should something untoward happen they would be there to assist.

In short, the member of staff (Daisy) was absolutely wonderful in her mannerisms and knowledge. She made the whole experience slick, very humble and came up with the right policy for me.
Quite the opposite from what I felt with two other well branded insurance providers, just prior.
