This is such a supportive and insightful tuition experience. They have a range of different tutors available who are always open to discussion and present the topics in a simple way. ClassTutor are always ensuring we cover past paper questions just to apply our knowledge too. Additionally, the service has been cheaper than other tutors and it’s extremely useful. They’re always keen to check up on the students to emphasise understanding and that there’s no ongoing issues. Personally, I would definitely recommend this as I was initially recommended with this service and had no issues.

We had multiple issues with this online tutoring service. They frequently sent messages claiming that our children had not joined the class, even though they were present. Additionally, some of the teachers displayed unprofessional attitudes towards the students. For example, one teacher repeatedly questioned my daughter about not looking directly at the camera, even though her camera was positioned to the side of the screen.

We also encountered problems with their payment system. They withdrew funds from our accounts on random dates without prior notification or permission, using any account or credit card we had ever used with them. Our queries about these charges went unanswered. In the end, we were overcharged and did not receive a refund for the excess amount.

Based on our experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this service.

Excellent My two sons had tuition from them, and they were affordable and dedicated

My daughter has been with class tutor a few months. I have seen significant progress in some of her subjects. Expecting to see progress to continue.

My experience with class tutor has been a good learning experience for my kids. Both the teachers and admin department have been amazing. Their response to emails and calls are quite helpful and prompt. My kids grades have improved immensely and their fee quite affordable.

Very impressed with my daughter’s one to one tutor. She was not only patient but very understanding too. My daughter was predicted a 3 in her Maths GCSE and with the help of her tutor she achieved a 4 and can now do the course that she wants to do at sixth form

I'm so grateful to have been referred to Class tutor. I had not had much luck but from the first trial lesson. My daughter was hooked.

She enjoys how engaging the teachers are and notes that the teachers genuinely care about their progress.

Special shout out to Talha and Emine. There is no doubt they care more about the children's progress than money.

For trial lesson - Angel contacted me and mentioned they need child details and want child to turn on the camera while live session will be recorded and circulated to other parents. I was not comfortable with this hence couldn't consent. They forced me saying without this they cannot proceed further. Another person from their company said, since I am not agreeing to turning on camera so this may not be right platform for us. For trial class i cant consent. I was being forced to turn on camera i became concerned as no one does that.
Regarding genuine customer question raised in below reply, complete form were filled in my including my email and contact number and you contacted me via all modes. Whereas at your end it seemed bit confusing as there is no dedicated person or person on call did not even know full details. No dedicated assigned person anyone answers and has no clue about anything.
Having said that, i was okay if tutor wanted to speak to child one-one before class. But it was disregarded, its absolutely ridiculous for trial class to child be recorded and video being circulated to other parents. Still unsure what you guys are doing.

We have Class Tutors for a short time and it is the best help I could find for my daughter and we are sorry for not knowing about them earlier. My daughter has Maths, she finds the lessons very useful, she engages well and enjoys it. Unfortunately we did not know about Class Tutors earlier during the previous school years which would have helped to build a stronger base for my daughter concerning Maths. We really appreciate Class Tutors' work, everyone involved and will certainly pass the word for whoever may need their services.

The combination of GCSE subjects offered, flexibility of sessions and reasonable prices, worked particularly well for us.
