Clay Date Avis 

I thought ClayDate would be a nice wedding gift, so I ordered two boxes, one for myself and one to give away.

Unfortunately, the shipping company messed up, shipped the package to the other side of the country, and then lost it. During this process I contacted ClayDate and they were very compassionate and helpfull. They always responded to my messages within 24 hours, and immediately sent me two new boxes!

I had a Problem with my package and the supportteam from claydate helped to Track it and cleared an misunderstanding. The answered my emails very quick and Where very competent.

Very helpful and fast support! Regularly kept me up to date with my issues and even offered partial refunds for inconveniences without me bringing it up even.
More supports should be as supportive as these guys!

I ordered a set from Clay Date as a gift. Unfortunately, the delivery seemed to get lost with DPD. However, Clay Date's customer support resolved the issue very quickly and was extremely helpful and courteous.
The product itself fully met my expectations. Highly recommended!
