CLC Interiors Avis 

Paid for the items 11 days ago and they still not delivered. There is no word of communication from CLC, they never replied to my 2 emails. When you call them they would assure you that it would be delivered in next couple of days. They told me same story 3 times, it was to be delivered last Friday, then Tuesday or Wednesday. When it didn't arrive on Wednesday (which is 8 working days after payment - company promises 7 working days delivery) I called again and heard that it would be Friday now. They are big joke, they don't communicate with clients and simply just keep your money for no service. I finally managed to cancel the order on the phone but still waiting for confirmation & refund. Unfortunately the next step is claim to ombudsman. Stay away. Time wasters & untrusted.

Hi like everyone you worry about purchasing on internal: BUT CLC Kitchens are 5:Star will buy again .
They are easy to contact ,they were very helpful on the phone.

Excellent service and at a very good price. I ordered a sink on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday ... and this was to Northern Ireland. Helpful staff when I rang. I highly recommend them. DW

Sent item quickly and the price was very good, but when I opened package the paper inserts (installation instructions,etc) were loose outside the plastic bag they were obviously in originally. Faucet metal had fingerprints all over it, top to bottom, and looked like someone had handled it quite a lot then put it back into the box. Frankly it looked like something that someone had purchased, opened, maybe tried to install, or not, and then returned. The way the box was so heavily taped up definitely also made it look like a not-quite-new item. I could be wrong but I've purchase plenty of new bathroom items and this did not look like it was untouched brand new. Nothing when I purchased it indicated it might have been "new other." I haven't had it installed yet. Hopefully it's OK but I don't have lots of confidence it was brand new in box.

I ordered a Belfast sink which I needed urgently to complete a kitchen, not only was CLC cheaper than competitors for the same sink but it came the next morning! It caused a bit of an issue with being available to receive it but can't complain as it was so efficient and a quick call to their helpline sorted it. Won't hesitate to use again
