xtremely Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Money!”“I hired CleanHouse Melbourne for a pre-sale clean, paying upfront for 30 hours at $70 an hour. I was promised 6 cleaners for 5 hours, which seemed more than enough for my large 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lead cleaner was brusque, rude, and difficult to communicate with. She claimed I had only half an hour left after I showed her just a 3 room and 1 bathroom, very concerning given the time I paid for.
The cleaners were slow, and the results were far from thorough. They didn’t even clean the drain in the shower. While the fronts of cupboards were wiped, the tops were ignored, and I keep finding other areas that were overlooked. This service felt like a complete rip-off. Avoid CleanHouse Melbourne and save yourself the frustration!”

Clean House Melbourne: Dishonest Cleaning Service.

Mimmo the owner sold me a ‘perfect clean’ for $100 per hour. Said it would require 4 hours to clean my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. My apartment was in excellent condition as we have high standards and wanted to keep it that way. Cleaner arrived (Mimmo’s wife) and she reported apartment would take 5 hours therefore she can only clean either one bathroom or my kitchen and living room!! I was unhappy but there was nothing I could do as the payment was already made as that was required upfront. Then to discover 4 hours later : there was dust, hair and many parts of the apartment left unclean (see photos). When I approach Mimmo again saying that he should do the right thing by offering to return to complete the clean: my texts was ignored. $400 for a half untouched and not cleaned apartment. What a scam! DO NOT use this service.

Only a few cleaning service providers stick to their quality work all the time. This firm is one of the best and I love their consistently. Spotless Cleaning!

I have used Clean Melbourne 3 times before and had excellent service. Scored them 5/5. However this time, I was not happy with the service. Previously, the owner Mimmo himself would meet me to go through the apartment beforehand. This time round, I met with the cleaners directly who commenced cleaning without asking any questions. The settlement inspection identified various areas that had not been cleaned thoroughly. I was dissapointed to find out that Mimmo had another partner ('Jig's Cleaning') who I was told to liaise with directly for resolving the outstanding issues. I did not sign up to Jigs Cleaning, I signed up to Clean House Melbourne. I paid over 700 dollars for this end of tenancy clean at my apartment, and expected much more.
