I have purchased from CleanHQ a few times over the years. Recently it seems they have changed their mail provider to iMile (see trustpilot reviews) and any customer service channel to AI. If I try send an email it says undelivered as spam detected. If I use the chat system the AI goes in circles and offers options that it can’t fulfil (it’ll say oops I can’t do that but you can try telling them when you get through). I can’t use the online form either, it doesn’t work.

I wanted to support a small business over Amazon but I will now be using Amazon for future purchases. Very disappointed.

My first order was sent promptly although not packaged securely (just some sticky tape was used to stop the bottles from leaking), which caused half of a bottle of cleaner to leak throughout the box. I didn’t complain but chalked it up to bad luck.

I placed another order and was provided a tracking number. This tracking number indicated that my parcel was on its way to another state. I spoke to Australia Post who cannot help me because the address label is different to my address and name.

I tried to reach out to CleanHQ - no response to any of my emails, no response to my messages on social media (they have posted on their social media but obviously choose not to engage).

Finally, I get a one-line email response - Refund issued but I have to wait 10 days!

My advice would be to just purchase your products in an actual shop unless you want to wait for badly packaged products that take a long time to arrive or continuously chase up parcels incorrectly addressed!

I ordered from this shop 5 weeks ago my items where send back as they didn’t pack the order well and it has leaks they then failed to reach out ask me for a refund or re sent the items after emailing and no response I emailed again and I will be taking this matter further I will never shop with them again this is stealing from people

After reading a couple of the reviews posted because I was about to place another order I felt that I needed to express my review of CleanHQ. I am not dismissing the previous reviews I am providing my own personal experiences. I’ve used this company four times in the last 12 months and I’ve never had an issue my orders were always received without any issue they were all packaged securely and received without any damage I found my orders were received within the expected timeframe and each order was delivered through Australia Post.

ordered 20 items 2 weeks ago totalling $131 and today they have removed my order from the SHOP app and sent me an email asking for a review. I haven't received my items and no tracking information after chasing this up numerous times..I wish I had read the reviews before buying!! unprofessional company..UPDATE received my order finally after a month so beware when buying!

I've been buying from CleanHQ for about 6 months. I like the products, orders arrive quickly and when I made a mistake with an order, the customer service person really helped me out.

I give them no stars if I could. I placed my order, they took my money. Goods never arrived. Sent a false tracking number that links to nothing. They don’t reply to emails. They are just another company scamming, don’t do it.

Update - I attempted to contact the company for weeks after this drama and they never responded. Lucky I ordered through pay pal and was refunded. I placed an order many many weeks ago. The order never arrived as there was some issue with the courier. Courier impossible to contact. Every other company I deal with takes packages to the post office … but this courier can’t. Emailed them and can’t get through. Won’t be ordering again or recommending

Not based in Australia. $15 postage but takes a month. Not listed on website.

Terrible customer service. My order was sent to me with the wrong items. Followed up in August and was told their “warehouse” would ensure the missing items would be sent to me. Didn’t received anything! Followed up another time and was told my shipment was fulfilled so I had to explain there were missing items although their tracking said “delivered”. Again was told the missing items would be shipped to me and it never was shipped! I’ve followed up a THIRD time early December and have been completely ignored since! Blatant lack of attempt to rectify the problem. Would not recommend purchasing from this website!

My favourite one stop shop for all my scrub daddy & fabulosa products. Easy to order, & quick delivery.
Highly recommend, can't wait for future products! Take my money!

Cheap and quick postage

Excellent service! Love the price of their products and the products they do sell are of the best quality. I cannot wait to order all the scents now. They are very reasonably priced with shipping too. I hope they get more of the fabulosa range in because I’ve already convinced multiple people to buy it and they feel the same as me. Smells great and works great!! Definitely buying again
