Goods not received and no response from customer services
Unfortunately the item ordered (carpet cleaner) has never been received. The tracking status is still showing the order is being processed but has been showing that since 5 February. My email to customer services has gone unanswered but I have received two requests for reviews.

We sincerely apologise for any lack of responsiveness. That is not our intention at all, in fact we hope to do the exact opposite. This past month we have had real issues with deliveries via Royal Mail and been trying to track your order down. We have refunded your money today so you are not out of pocket and truly hope your order arrives with you soon. Please do let our support team know if and when it arrives so we can close the report with RM. We will respond to you the same day. Apologies again.
Excellent products & customer service
Excellent products & customer service. I did a bit of research on different environmentally friendly products before buying and I'm so glad I decided to buy these. I have been using them for about a month now & am completely converted and have now started a subscription. Love the idea of the micriobiome in my home. Affordable products that smell lovely, are great for the health of the planet & the home. What's not to love!

Great for dog owners
The subscription renewals come at exactly the right time and I have peace of mind knowing the products work so well. I particularly like the glass cleaner and odour illuminator and spot remover, fantastic for dog owners who need to remove doggy kisses from patio doors

Fantastic product and ambassador was amazing
Great cleaning products and all environmental friendly as well. These products have been so easy to use and refill. My ambassador Heather has been marvellous and is so knowledgeable, these are great products to have in your cleaning cabinets and can't recommend Heather enough for your go to. (Bristol uk)
