This company & its staff are all amazing! From Julie on the phone who dealt with my last minute issue excellently to Connor & Jordan who worked like troopers to clear my late father’s flat, going above & beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough. They made a stressful situation easy for me.

Not recommended - poor collection service despite partial refund
Booked a half Luton van collection, but only a small amount of waste was taken and they left the rest. The team said it's because the van was already half full, but when we checked there was clearly still plenty of space left (it was maybe 1/5th full).
Also disappointing that they initially stayed in the van and tried to call rather than knocking, despite someone being at the property waiting for them.
Customer service did apologise and issue a £90 partial refund, which I appreciate, but overall it still felt expensive for what was actually collected.

A very poor experience
Subcontractors refused to take all of the stated waste material despite it clearly being under the stated amount, leaving the heaviest items behind. Following up, a 'tip receipt' showed the addition of a sofa within the quoted amount that was deposited, but this was not part of our load. Customer service support was unhelpful and did not strive to resolve anything with me. 2 stars rather than 1, as they came a few days after we had booked.

Great clearance service in york
Tyler and Mark in York were great: on time, fast (<15min), methodical - even swept up after themselves! Really appreciated that they didn't step on the new turf next to the collection stuff.
Booking was easy, they responded quickly too. Would recommend!

Extortional pricing
I was quoted £99 for removal of a single item when I specified several items to be removed. My local council charges £29 for a single item (albeit unassisted) and £10.50 for additional ones. I am getting the items in question removed with assistance for less than £50 total. The prices that this company charges are extortionate!

We are always happy to receive honest feedback from customers, but in this case it is important to note that you did not book or use our service. Your review is therefore not based on an experience of our company, but on the fact that you did not agree with the quotation provided.
Our service is not comparable to a council bulky waste collection. We provide a fully assisted removal service, with a professional two-person team, flexible booking options, and fast collection times including same-day or next-day availability. Council services are generally unassisted, often require items to be placed outside in advance, operate with longer waiting times, and are subsidised by public funds.
As a licensed private waste carrier, our pricing reflects labour, transport, disposal charges, and recycling costs. Customers are, of course, free to choose the level of service that best suits their needs and budget. However, leaving a 1-star review and describing our pricing as “extortionate” without having used our service does not fairly reflect the value of what we offer.
We stand by the quality our service, and our many genuine customer reviews reflect that.

Steve and Paddy attended promptly and were only too keen to help. I had a slightly dodgy knee and so they insisted I didn’t get too involved and took all the clearance stuff I needed. Lovely chaps and I’d highly recommend.

Amazing service!!!
Recently had 3 piece suite collection. Paddy & Steve turned up. They were amazing and I can't thank them enough! My 3 seater wouldn't fit up my stairs, and they dismantled my sofa. Even breaking their tools to do so. Just went above and beyond to deliver a 5 star service. My furniture lift wasn't working and they made several trips, in the passenger lift and removed it all. I couldn't of received better collection men at abit of a stressful time, than those two. 10 stars!!!

We rang them yesterday (10/3/26) to see if they could collect our two seater and three seater sofas urgently, as we had been let down by the British Heart Foundation (yet again). They were very helpful and accommodating and collected our sofas on the 11/3/26. Can definitely recommend
